I've purchased a fancy air purifier and multiple dehumidifiers from ABC over the years and have always been happy with the service and my experience shopping with them. I recognize this is very different from all of the reviews here but thought it was important to stop by with my personal feedback.
I purchased a PowerPure 5000 by Aerus Warm & Cool Mist Ultrasonic Humidifier one year ago, worked great all winter, used it this winter for one month then it would turn on at all. Called customer service they said something must of happened in shipping a year ago. No Im sorry no nothing. 100 bucks down the drain.

Allergy Buyers Club listed an item on their site as "in stock" and ready to ship. I chose them for that reason, because on the manufacturer AirPura's site the same item was listed as a 3-4 week delivery. After a weeks time and the order status still listed as " processing" I called ABC. Their rep told me "Oh, AirPura just told us they're 3-4 weeks out". After 3-4 weeks the item is still listed by ABC as "in stock". DO NOT BUY FROM ABC

They listed the item in stock when it was not. They were just taking the order and shipping it from manufacturer who had a 3-4 week wait. Their website still lists item in stock to this day.

Accidently ordered filters for a machine I dont even own. There policy is not to accept returns on filters, eventhough they are still packaged. Poor policy. They did offer to sell me the machine at a fair discount, but found it much cheaper on Amazon. They need to change their policy to "cannot accept filters that have been opened", and also "we will price match, beat other competitors"

It has now been almost 4 weeks that I have been waiting to receive a filter for my new air purifier. Yes, this company sent me an air purifier with no filter in it! Totally usable! Been told numerous times that the filter is on its way. Was not told at the time of purchase that the unit would be delivered unusable/without a filter! Will be sending the a. P. back for full refund if filters are not received within a day or so. Very bad business practices.
I was sent the wrong item. Which was very expensive pillow. Yes, I opened the box so technically I shouldn't be able to return them. But I did. In the email it was stated my order would ship out that morning. It didn't so I called the following day. I was told it ships directly from the manufacturer and probably would ship until after the new year. That would put it almost thirty days out. I am not impressed, and I haven't even received the item I was just honest enough to return 'opened' pillows
Very helpful when your in the market to purchase. Had an issue with the Pure Air combo after a few days. 3 Customer service reps were so rude. I asked for a supervisor. The last rep told me she wore many hats & she was it. She would mail me a return label to send back the machine. 9 days later I haven't received it. It was mailed from Virginia to Philly. I am totally disgusted with this company. I called Pure Air & they contacted Allergy Buyers to contact me. It was useless.
I called up to order a particular machine and they convinced me to buy a different one
I expressed t was for allergies and asthma and they ended up sending me a machine for VOCs
My symptoms got worse and I made several calls to them and they told me to keep running it at different speeds
I wanted to return it and because they never alerted me to the fact that I needed to return it in a certain period of time and they convinced me to keep it longer they said the time expired
My allergy symptoms were getting worse by the day allergy buyers club refused to take the machine back
I called the company Air Pura and they informed me that it was for VOCs and allergy buyers club tried to convince me that the owners of the company who make the machine were lying to me!
This is one of the worst companies I've ever had to deal with They are rude and disrespectful they have no proper education on what they are selling And they are dishonest with their customers.
Air Pura Requested all of the correspondence because they considered taking it back and allergy buyers club did not send it to them and lied to me about getting that request as well.
I got a few tips from people over at this website, ordered some meds. They arrived, a week later.
The pictures didn't show how small it is; I would have to change the bag twice with our dog's hair. I tried to return it but would have to pay $40 to get $132. Back. It wasn't worth. I donated it and will take a tax deduction. I wouldn't buy anything from them because you can't see what you're getting.
I bought one set of Rejuvenite pillows long ago at a mattress store and loved them. After replacing countless cheap pillows in the guest room, I decided to buy another set of Rejuvenite pillows. Still expensive, but the best price after shopping around was with AllergyBuyersClub. The transaction was easy and shipping was surprisingly fast. I don't even have allergies... but I would definitely recommend this company for their excellent prices and service.
May 8th. Of 2019 I purchased a Pure and Dry Platinum Series 70 pint dehumidifier for use in our cellar. It worked for that summer season. My husband cleaned the filter and emptied the bucket and put it aside for the Winter. Just put it on last week, end of May, 2020. Well it does not dehumidify! Interestingly enough, the booklet/manual for this does not even have a manufacturer address or telephone number. I find this most unusual! I will never order anything like this on line again. I am purchasing another one from our local merchant. Should have done this before!
At first I was worried to buy from them because of the poor and low online reviews, but I ordered my air filter replacement kit because it was hard to find from anywhere else. I forgot to add the discount code and the customer service person was nice enough to add and adjust my credit card charge. Received my product promptly. No complaints. I would purchase from them again. I'm sorry there were so many negative reviews, but I hardly write reviews and I only did so, because I wanted to share my good experience.

I purchased an IQAir on 9/11/2020, and my purchase went through and acknowledged by Allergy Buyers Club (ABC). Today, 10/13/2020, I finally got a hold of a customer rep person who informed me the IQAir is on back order from the manufacturer but they have already billed me as of 9/11/2020 HMMM...! The customer rep said they've been fielding a lot of complaints about this, website not being accurate. I paid them $1400 for nothing and apparently will take another week for them to verify with the manufacturer that they didn't send it to me. Basically ABC is a vendor and they do not stock any items, comes directly from the manufacturer. Buyer beware!

Update: After this review was seen by an employee I was called and told a UPS pick up could be arranged as long as I pay for the shipping.
I was cool with that. I was then asked to take this review down!
Ok. Whatevs, lets see how this goes...
UPS comes with the label for just the humidifier, not the second box of filters.
I like my UPS guy, he knows Im chronically ill and cant really leave the house much so we arrange a way for him to get the second package after Allergy Buyers Club sends him the label info, without him having to disturb me.
I got a phone call from ABC about my return, I then informed the rep that only one label was sent. She seemed frustrated (I know, sending return labels in retail online sales IS like turning water into wine!)
So a day or two later UPS guy gets the second box.
Then I wait. The boxes were mailed out 1/24, nothing from ABC. I look at my credit card no refund.
I phone them once again (4th or 5th phone call Ive lost count)... I have to explain everything again to the new rep and she asks if I just refused the package? No, I didnt open it but wanted to send it back because my husband bought me one for the holidays.
After a few minutes on hold, I was told my return was processed and should be credited to my account in 2-3 business days.
Its not there yet, Im still waiting.

Ive bought rom them in the past. This time, I needed to return an item and they dont provide labels, instructions! You have to figure out the cheapest way of returning the unwanted item by schelping it to and fro. I am disabled and cannot drive.
I was planning on purchasing a $1500 whole house dehumidifier from them in the near future but now will buy it from ANYONE else.

We are getting the run around from this company. They are refusing to refund our money from a returned vacuum cleaner. Low grade garbage behavior.
Worst company. I bought an Apollo 2000 electric heater to heat a bedroom that gets very cold in the winter. Product came late with no ship tracking info, and it was the worst, smelled terrible and I could not use. Called for an RMA and was told that someone would bet back to me 5 days later no call from them (Typical). Finally I dogged their heels and they got me a return label by email. I sent it back and called to find out why they had not refunded my money. Was told again someone would follow up the next day and no one did. I will never buy from them and I recommend you say away as they are the absolute worst.
Was shopping for an air purifier and there was plenty of information to help me choose the right model and I even chatted with a product consultant who helped me as well.
I purchased a Fral fdk54 from this outfit. The unit no longer works. Contacted them for a licensed company for repair, which they do not have. I was told to return unit as it's under warranty, waited for an email with return policy from them. After numerous phone calls and waiting for the policy I was finally told it was not covered. $1,000 machine which in less than two years is now useless to me. Should have done my research about this company first. BUYER BEWARE.
Upon buying 4 pillows that cost me $120 per 2 pack, I opened and tested 2 pillows with the obvious hopes of liking them. They were not at all as described on the site. I called the company and asked for a mailing label to return the two unopened pillows that were still in the box and I was immediately told that they do not take back any bedding products even if they're stil unopened in the box. I was told this is clearly stated in the "fine print" on the website. I was definitely willing to eat the costs of the two opened pillows but don't think it's fair that I shouldn't be able to return unopened products.
Just FYI: They also have a no compromise 30 day return policy on non bedding products.
Buyer be ware. This is the worst company I've dealt with in years. They offered absolutely no help and informed that there is nothing they will do to help make this right... Now I'm out $220. Please look for other vendors to make your purchase through!

The only reason I gave 4 stars rather than 5 was the original air cleaner had issues with the filter. Customer service Samantha was excellent. Call was returned immediately even though I left no message. Replacement filter was sent at no cost and customer service followed up with emai to check status.

Hello Julianne, we had a shipping error on these units where the filter and unit ship separately. The units were shipped without the filter as the filter went out of stock quickly due to the wildfires. Customers were contacted and sent a courtesy filter while waiting on the ordered filter to ship.
