Abysmal return policy and cheap clothing with wildly inconsistent sizing. Buyer beware if you use a coupon to purchase, they don't prorate for returns so you could be stuck with poorly sewn dresses that don't match the listed measurements that they claim was "free" and they'll expect you to pay $7.99 to send it back to them for zero dollars credit. They don't do exchanges. Customer service is a joke. Canned responses with no help at all.

I ordered a pantsuit that I received in a timely manner. I returned it because I didn't like the fit. They acknowledged the return and sent an e-gift card. Tried to place an order using the gift card that didn't work.I kept getting a message that says " Form of payment not verified. I've text and email them but haven't gotten any help from them. I will NEVER order from this company again. In my opinion, this is a Scamming Company

They blow your phone up every time you visit the site. They want you to use the code but then the system removes the code and you are charged full price. They do not cancel orders and they do not make any modifications to your order even if it's seconds after your receive confirmation emails. You have to pay for returned. This happened to me multiple times. Lame and I will not shop here anymore. Spend your coins elsewhere ladies. There a more plenty of other options on Instagram I can give links if you need.
The worst costumer service ever! Not only they didn't deliver my order but also refused to refund me for it. Contacted them multiple times and only answer I got is that they will give me a gift card for their stupid mistakes! Never by from them!

I am in love with the new sneakers I ordered just yesterday. The pair looked so aesthetically good online, I can't help myself from adding them to bag. I regret nothing.
So my return got lost in the mail and initially Fashion Nova told me in so many words "too bad, nothing we can do'. I advised them I would leave negative reviews and I did just that. Since then, they got back to me and offered me a store credit for the items that got lost so I'm updating my review.
I had three items to return. Followed the instructions to the T; filled out their online form, paid for the shipping labels, packed everything up including the packing slip, affixed the USPS shipping labels (that I paid for) to the package and dropped it off at the post office. It's been 18 days and there is no scanning history on the tracking numbers. When I contacted customer service with my problem they said, "In order for us to better assist you regarding this return, we will need you to provide us with a photo of the physical shipping receipt provided by the carrier which contains the tracking number, weight, and information regarding the package". What? Their return instructions never said you had to obtain a shipping receipt from carrier. What a joke! After I paid for the labels, THEY emailed me the USPS labels. Isn't that receipt enough? Furthermore, they never gave me the option to select the carrier of my choice, which would have been UPS not USPS. Now I'm out the credit for the three items and the shipping charges I paid. Here are the return instructions taken from their website:"1. Print your shipping label include packing slip and original receipt in with the contents. 2. Attach label to package. 3. Ship it back to us. Provide your package to your USPS courier or drop it off at your nearest Post Office." Where on these instructions does it say, "and obtain a shipping receipt from your carrier". I asked Fashion Nova what the company's policy is on making an unhappy customer a happy customer,,,no response! Last time I ever give them my business.
How can you people be so insensitive? I order items with $328 since the 3rd of December, I used my husband's address in the United States so he could bring them to me when he's coming to Nigeria on the 30th of this morning. Today is 28 of Dec, and I didn't get any information on the tracking. He leaves the states tomorrow which means I won't be able to get my order till maybe April because I have no idea when he'll come visit next. I am not happy, this was supposed to be my birthday shoot outfit.

I contacted them because I did not receive an order that says it was delivered. I followed their steps and all I receive is an automated email response basically stating that it is in the carrier's hands as to where my package is. They can't help me so I can't get a refund or replacement but they send me a coupon code to use for my next purchase. What? No thank you. Will not be ordering from them ever again. Plus the quality of their clothes is nothing great.
I made a purchase but it never arrived. I got proof from ontrac (a joke of a company) showing that they never made the delivery but Fashion nova does not have customer service instead an email that sends generic messages about the return policy. I will never buy from them again and I don't think anyone should until they get actual customer service. This is fraud and is absolutely wrong for a company with a billionaire CEO who just takes vacations on stolen money.

Very low quality items. The biggest issue is their return policy. If they sell out of and item that you are returning they only give you half of what you paid. It's not worth ordering from this company. They are not upfront with their policies. They do everything the can to keep your money.

I love fashion nova. I make purchases from them all the time! But I'm very disappointed with how they handle lost or stolen packages. If the carrier provides proof that I package was delivered their solution would be to contact the police. You will not get a refund nor store credit. How is it the customers fault if someone steals your package? Especially if the carrier leaves your items on the ground for anyone to steal rather then at your door or in your mailbox? I'm very disappointed with fashion nova. They just lost a customer.

I ordered a few things and they were decent enough that I spent a good amount of time adding more items I was wanting to purchase to my cart. I logged on today and my cart is empty. No way I'm taking the time to add $1200 worth of stuff to the cart again. How does leaving it be until I'm ready to purchase affect them? So annoyed.
I ordered a lot of fashion Nova over the years because I found dupes for things that were out of my budget. I was okay with it but after some months it got tossed in the trash for being bad quality and not holding up after a couple washes. I haven't ordered there and never will again. Horrible. I ordered a dress for my birthday well in advance (over a month before). The package never showed up. I had to buy another dress elsewhere. I reached out to Fashion Nova and they said it was still in transit and there was nothing they could do. Two months later, still nothing. I followed up again and they said they lost my package. How do you "lose" a package?. Anyway, they offered me store credit or a full refund. I picked full refund because I will never order from there again!
