I didn't have any idea what I wanted and Cameron helped me go through the store and personally hand picked what I needed to look fabulous for my trip to New York. Isabella at checkout was very sweet as well. I highly recommend the store, ESPECIALLY if you need expert advice. Really really cool girls. Amazing vibe. ;) xox

I tried to return an online order at the store but was unable to because the system was down. Store clerk told me tshe had no idea when the system would be back up again. She informed me that company will make an exception and allow free return for up to 90 days and advised me to contact customer service to get a free return label. To my utter disappointment, Customer Service declined my request and told me that store gave me wrong information. I am very disappointed.

First and foremost, let's talk about the quality of the clothing I purchased from your company. I was under the impression that I was investing in well-made garments, but what I received was far from satisfactory. The materials used were flimsy and felt cheap, and the stitching was haphazard at best. It is disheartening to spend hard-earned money on clothing that falls apart after just a few uses. Your company claims to provide high-quality products, but my experience suggests otherwise. If I could give this company a rating, I would give it a zero. Since that's not possible, i'm giving this store a 1.

Given my overall experience, I can confidently say that I will not be recommending your brand to anyone I know. Your lack of attention to quality, terrible customer service, and disregard for efficient shipping has left a lasting negative impression. Either your order is not getting delivered to you because all of a sudden the items are out of stock, or if they do send it to you you're getting the wrong items. Also how do you cancel my order and want me to repurchase but won't give me my credit or coupon back? Canceled credit card with them and will never shop with them again.

My daughter purchased a top and unfortunately the fitting rooms were not open. My daughter tried on the top and it did not fit. I tried to return it and although I had the tags and receipt I was not allowed to do the return.

The online service is the worse. They use this deliverit place and my orders never get to me. I even have the picture of the door (door doesn't show the address just the bottom door). I have a mat and the picture doesn't. Basically I paid and have no package. I called customer service and got lazy mean Jesus. He was no help only attitude and kept interrupting me.

We all know Forever 21 - it was one of my go-to places to shop when I was growing up! But their stuff started to get a little "too much" and nobody shopped there anymore. I decided to give their website a try again recently and to my surprise, I actually found a few things that I wanted to buy! The quality of their clothes has improved, yet they're still affordable. My only complaint is that they are very hit or miss. Another perk is that they've been having a lot of promotions going on lately and it's relatively easy to find promo codes.

I went to exchange a shirt for a smaller size. When I bought it it was 50% off. Today when I went to exchange it, it was 30% off. Now I was just exchanging but I had to pay the extra money since it was only 30% off now. That does not make sense. I contacted customer service and they said I have to reach out to the store manager because they can't see in store purchases. This isn't the first time I have had issues with them. I would not recommend this store to anyone.if

Disappointed with Forever 21's Shirts and Exchange Policy

Review: I recently purchased a few shirts from Forever 21, and unfortunately, my experience has been quite disappointing. After the first wash, the shirts shrunk significantly, rendering them unwearable. When I approached the store to exchange them, I was met with a frustrating response.

Despite the clear issue with the product, Forever 21 refused to provide an exchange or any form of resolution. The lack of customer support and willingness to stand behind their products is disheartening. As a loyal customer, I expected better from a popular clothing brand like Forever 21.

The shrinking shirts coupled with the store's uncooperative exchange policy have left me with no choice but to share my negative experience. It's essential for customers to be aware of these shortcomings before considering making a purchase from Forever 21.

I haven't shopped at forever 21 in a long time than I decided to get a couple of things. Both of the items looked horrible in person. So I return them to the store because that's the only option for free. You have to pay for returning the product back by mail if you choose that option. When I get to the cashier to return. She tells me a manager needs to do it than the manager was like go ahead and try. This actually happen to me before when I shopped there. The store never wants to give you a refund for purchases. Always says the computer is broken for refunds but not for purchases. So after the manager tells her to try. She was like the system usually won't let you return but she'll try which it worked but something is very fishy about this store. This will absolutely be my last time at Forever 21.

If you expect it to be like most retailers it is not and they drag out the refund for 14 business days and they will apply other charges if what you send back is below a certain dollar amount. I like the look of the clothes but beware of their return policy as it is not favorable to customers! But the shipping is fast and the customer service is not bad

I went into the Lenox Square location and there was a young lady there who was new to me because I live near and go there all the time. When I went to the register to pay for my merch she greeted me with a brilliant smile and clear happiness on her face. We bonded over the style of jeans I was purchasing and I discovered she was a flower child like myself She told me about some jeans that she had purchased and thought I would love and asked if I would like to see them. After she rung me up she checked to ensure her coworkers were in the clear and asked me to wait a minute because there were no more left on the Sales floor but she remembered seeing a bunch in back stock. As she approached me with the jeans in her hand out of nowhere a rude man who I determined was her manager interrupted our conversation by saying she was hard headed and does not listen. If it wasn't for the fact that this young lady was so kind and customer service driven I would have put them down and walked away. I absolutely loved the jeans just ad she thought and got back in the line to purchase. As I was leaving I let her know that I bought the Jean's and thanked her because I truly liked them, I was amazed at not only how she had the eye for my taste which is vastly different from what people wear today but I was most impressed by her friendly and welcoming attitude and in how she exceeded my expectations and went above her basic duties to assist me. I plan on writing to headquarters or the owner because the fact that he could clearly see she was helping a customer I am irate at the fact that he felt the need to chastise her and berate her in my presence. It was uncalled for and totally unprofessional. I'm big on customer service and am not impressed these days with the lack thereof. I'll definitely shop there and look for her again, just as I plan on contacting corporate to tell them that my shopping experience was overshadowed by a rude and disrespectful Manager.

Tip for consumers:
I've been to the Lenic location on several occasions and you can tell who the managers are because they wear their titles on their faces. They are engrossed in whatever it is they are working on and have bland faces until they notice you and come with the fake plastic smiles and the same old dry, "Welcome to Forever 21. However on this day this young lady was literally a ball of sunshine and greeted me with the biggest and brightest smile and I could literally feel her warmth.

I purchase many things there, however this review has nothing to do with the product but everything to do with the lack of proper and encouraging leadership in the Lenox location. Management seems to be more concerned with cracking a whip rather than providing a inclusive and encouraging work environment for their employees.

I ordered a pair of slim fit chinos in my correct size, which are definitely not a slim fit. More like a loose fit... just short if looking like clown pants. They were inexpensive. So, I guess it's a case of you get what you pay for. Anyway they are clearly misrepresented. Never the less, I am disappointed, I will not be ordering from this company again.

Interestingly enough, I found no link to review them on their website. Now that I've seen Forever 21's average rating, I can understand why they avoid having reviews on their webpage.

It's a really good website to buy stuff off of, but not all is what it seems. Somethings are smaller then others, and sizes vary too much which making it difficult to buy the right size. I would suggest going to a website that's usually has sizes you're more familiar with and have more of a guarantee. BUT sometimes you do gotta take chances because clothes here are fab asf, but remember your risk.

Buying stuff is really at your own risk. Varying sizes does make it difficult to shop, so be sure you know what you're getting yourself into before you get yourself into it.

I have ordered clothes and accessories from Forever 21. The quality is ok but, for the price, it is a good deal. I've always received my full order. I have ordered final sale and always make sure those items are reviewed so I can know about size and quality details first.

Nice Cloth easy to use, it is very comfortable to wear with this cloths. Washing time is very less to dry this cloth.

You don't get the merchandise that you pay for. They charge you for merchandise that has never been delivered they won't give a refund. I have all the supporting documents showing I did not receive the merchandise. I have been trying to get a refund for 4 weeks, no luck. COMMENITY BANK that services their credit card was not helpful at all when I called to dispute the charge. If you purchase from this company then you are throwing your money away. They take your money and you do not receive the merchandise. They won't give you a refund. This is the WORST EXPERIENCE I have had with any retailer and bank. Frankly I don't understand how they get away with stealing your money!

Your business practices are horrible.. Are you hoping that people just forget about their refund or figure it’s not worth the hassle? Your are stealing our money!!!! Shame your company.

I still have no resolution on what seems to me to be a rather straight forward & simple matter. I purchased a gift card for my daughter as a Christmas present on 12/14/21. Everything on the website indicated that it would arrive in time. The card finally showed up a month later, after I had to give my daughter an alternative gift. I purchased an item online in 12/19/22. It was suppose to be a Christmas gift. Over 8 days later absolutely no movement while tracking package. Customer service told me it was lost, although the only activity was the label was created. Poor communication during holiday season. Learned my lesson. I will never purchase ever again from this store.

I almost forgot about Forever21 until I saw a promotional email stating their sale items were up to 60% off, which seems to be the norm these days given that the popularity of this brand is going down.

OVERALL QUALITY: 5/10

SHIPPING: Almost 4 weeks =/

I purchased $200 worth of workout attire, jewelry, and a few random clothing pieces. It was honestly not worth spending the money on since the quality wasn't the best. While Forever21 was great in my teens, I wouldn't really recommend it now that I'm in my mid-20s. There are far better online stores you can shop at that are reasonably priced.

Anyway, the only item out of the whole purchase that I wore out was this dress which I will include a picture of.

God forbid your package is lost or you have any issues with it, they will take up 2 months of your time to do so called "investigations" by the end of which they won't even solve anything. Their customer care employees are trained and paid to repeat "I understand but we can not do anything about it" till you cut the call out of frustration.

I purchased $350 worth of clothes for a trip that said was delivered at midnight ( in my town we don't have deliveries at midnight) but never was delivered I've been calling customer service once a week for 6 months to complain and file dispute with the bank and they blame the package not arriving on me! They won't send the items again or give money back, I've emailed numerous times and no response. I'm so disappointed and plan to take legal action. They steal your money and don't care about us, I'm so sad about this situation.

Forever 21 has the worst customer service ever, they are like robots and repeat the same thing! I never received my package and they take forever for a stupid investigation! Who knows if I will ever receive my items or money back! I can guarantee I will never order or anyone I come in contact will never order from them! Obviously their delivery service is a scam and they are thieves who steal packages! I have a ring doorbell and was home the day it said it was delivered and left on front door! Yeah that never happens!

If you like this company, go to the store to see if you can find what you want. Otherwise, don't bother. Their policies are trash, selected ship to store. Arriving outside of expected delivery & I will be out of town — called customer services and got hung up on first call & 2nd call, was told it would be at least 20 business days before I could get a refund due to it having to go back to— which come on, we know it likely will not go back and just be re sold in store.

Tip for consumers:
If you can think of anything that could go wrong when ordering online in general, then don’t frustrate yourself with Forever21 ever again.
