Haulla have given our business a very cost effective solution for our waste. Their customer service is quick to respond and help when needed.
Please do not use them. They are a broker and sub the pick ups…if they even pick up. Customer service is even worse since it is ONLY via email. When you cancel they will still charge you. When you email to fix it. They will still charge you. They are one giant scam. Use a reputable company in your area and don't make the mistake that I did.

Please do not sign a contract with Haulla. They cancelled my previous service and never delivered a dumpster. I have been going back and forth with them for over 5 weeks. The trash is piling up and I had to pay thousands out of pocket to get it removed. They still do not have a concrete solution for me. My restaurant is shutting down because of the issue. All the jobs it provides will be lost. Please do not fall for this scammers.

Impossible to reach. Failed to provide service for more than a month. Failed to pay off previous provider as promised. Eventually negotiated this myself, paid it off after 5 months of waiting. Eventually was reimbursed for the rate I paid to previous provider. Showed company more than $300 in dump fees for month and a half of not providing service (had to run trash and recycling myself). After explaining this for months they offered a $50 credit. Most disfunctional and inept company I have ever encountered
Joining Haulla has helped me save money that I use in other areas of my business. What I enjoyed the most is how the rate I signed for is what I pay monthly. In the past I have been experiencing an elevated price because of all these additional fees that were not mentioned when they wanted me to sign. I have not experienced missed pick ups and dealing with them has been so seamless. If you want peace of mind at an affordable rate? I suggest you join Haulla; plus they pay term fees when cancelling your contract.
They contacted me, had me cancel my current services early saying they would pay the early termination fees and handle everything for me. Now months later my current services were cancelled leaving me a bill of over 1000$ with no trash services. Upon trying to reach out to them the phones have been disconnected and no response to emails! BE WARE COMPLETE SCAM!

They're never on time wirh their pick ups and even had my neighbor watch them drive by instead of picking up haul my neighbor tenants or complaining because my trash has been out there for over a week and noone is picking up just like their truck they don't pick up calls or emails neither very very suspicious company horrible do not get them there is a reason. Just so everybody knows, this is just a brokerage, not a real waste management company. You should contact a waste management company directly for better pricing and customer service. This company is by far the worst company I've ever dealt with, we have canceled their contract, three months ago, and they refuse to pick up their dumpsters. Our next steps are to take legal action. They will miss many pick ups, which is detrimental if you run a multi family or commercial business. Your tenants will be very unhappy, and they will degrade the value of your property. Do yourself a favor, spend a little bit more for better service elsewhere.

Initially, I was kind of skeptical of the price that they offer but after one year, it seems like they're the only one in the market that seems to really be keeping to their word. Yes, there's a missed pick up sometimes but I was offered credits to make up for that.

I am happy that I switched over to Haulla. I should have not wasted so much money in paying my previous provider with all different fees like: fuel, overage, environment, franchise fees and all other fees. Their driver reported pick up twice without actually picking up. The 2nd time he did that I called immediately to report the incident and ask them to dispatch driver to come back, but they refused. Their driver lied to them about the pick up and changed his story a few times. He told them he picked up, then he told them, gate was closed, then he told them that someone waived him off. They refused to send a representative to investigate. They use VOIP phones, so their telephone communications are not reliable. Overall, horrible service

I don't recommend, having issues from the beginning. I pay for trash pick up service but I can not get it. Costumer service is unreachable, I am trying to CANCEL my service agreement with them for 10 days but no response. I like the price, but nothing special about their hauling service. There were some missed pick-ups, but their customer service gave me credits when I report it. So that was not that bad.
No miss pickup happened so far, and I didn't have to wait on the phone long time, which was a serious problem with the previous company.
I was phone solicited, promised, sales person annoyingly and persistently called for months! Finally we gave in and decided to give them a try because of all of their promises and they will cover our break contract fees. However, after completing the sign up process and providing all of our information, including our EIN number and etc, after weeks of waiting, we get a phone call and said they couldn't allocate us a dumpster! I advise anyone needing trash service to stay away from Haulla! Now I have to get register again with my original company with god knows how much more we are needing to pay!

A representative called and said they will buy out my contract with my previous provider. I was hesitant at first because of the reviews I see online, but my old garbage service was really terrible. I switched over anyway and it was the best decision ever. They never missed any pick ups so far and I am satisfied.
This company called and reached out many times for mw to sign up. I finally did and was told to end my services with a previous company, which i did. I never received my trash can after waiting for weeks o, no services after reaching out multiple times. My rep never responded to me as well. I had to pay $500 just to get back with my previous company that I canceled for haulla! Super unprofessional, there is no direct phone number to reach them at. I am with Waste Management and they NEVER gave me a problem. DO not trust this company!

Haulla did a great job on making me realize how I was being fooled by my previous waste provider. Price are really fixed every month cause I am now monitoring it from time to time. They are doing a great job!
