Putting it simply they are crooks. You pay for services that they only give you ask amount of daily but you can't stack them they remove them. Which means you're paying for something that they're taking away. Add that on top of mostly fake members and a recipe for failure. Save your money.

It's a great app to not only find love but also make friends. I came to LA without any contacts a couple of months ago and have found a good circle of people. It's also easy to put the profile together so you specify what you're looking for.

I'm not the best at starting conversations, so I like the automated message options a lot. I also get to know a lot about a user before I even talk to them from the character traits they picked, so I like that I can always find a way to use one of those to say something nice to them

Pretty good dating app but I wish I could edit my pictures or add some text so I can make them more personalized without having to use any other editing app. I don't like going back and forth between apps just to edit my profile picture but I guess this wont be a problem for everyone

At first, I had a bad context about dating apps, but I had a broken heart recently, so I said to myself, why not?, the app taught me a lot of new things about this world, especially for correctly looking at the filling of all the information possible so that they don't think my profile is fake. In short, it is an app that is worth trying to barely am chatting with some guys. As soon as I get back from some appointments, I will update my review; my only complaint is that prices are too high, so precisely, I could not use it after 7 days free.

I've had nothing bad to say about Hily until now. Today i received a pop-up promotion to try premium for 3 days free, then i would be charged weekly. I hit ok and found out about 10 minutes later that i was immediately charged. The customer service rep proceeded to tell me that I've used a free trial in the past, so that's why i was charged, and that i need to take the matter up with the App Store. If i have done a free trial in the past and i am no longer eligible then I SHOULD NOT BE GETTING OFFERS FOR A FREE TRIAL. Tell me how that is not a scam? The rep said i must have reactivated a previous account. No, i got offered a free 3 day trial, i accepted, i was charged. Screenshot below clearly states that it is 3 days FREE. I would like a refund.

Was gonna sign up, but change my mind. Hily stole my card info from my Google account and charge my cash app $15.89 and I never actually completed the sign up. That's how I know something fishy going on. Hily steal my money from cash app, then it takes cash app 15 days to dispute. FOLKS IS HILY & CASH APP SCAMMING PEOPLE. CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT?!

As I asked a question about billing and having no idea the subscription was in my Apple ID and how Hily was taking a payment out from cc she assisted me with a breakdown step be step on how to vie my account and delete it for that matter, as she continues to explain automatic billing.and from that point I was understood on how the whole presses went each month.

So I downloaded Hily for the first time ever and it said that I can't start an account because my account has been disabled because something did follow the guidelines. They told me the only way that I could reset it would be to send in a government ID to prove my age. So I think this is the biggest scam and waste of time. I can find better dating sites that don't ask for government documents. This is just 100% bs.

This is a very barebones dating app, there's really nothing special about it. They try to promote this livestream feature but honestly that's not what dating apps are for, if I would want to watch a livestream I'd go to IG or twitch. After that the app just feels barebones, just another Tinder copycat. It's functional tho.

The only good thing that I could get from the lockdown was possible because of Hily. I was at the top of my boredom, so I decided to look for a good app to meet people, and that's how I found Hily. I only just joined and today they said my account is suspended for being underage, I'm 50. I don't believe anyone reported that. Now they are asling for my Drivers license to restore my account. Oh hell no! No dating app has ever asked for that. Super sketchy and I deleted it immediately.
