Oh, I absolutely adore the H&M dress! It's definitely a showstopper with its gorgeous design and beautiful fabric. However, my only concern would be the sizing. While it's lovely, it does run a tad large, so I'd recommend sizing down. But don't let that discourage you from adding it to your wardrobe. I when to Essence Festival in New Orleans, Louisiana. And when to H&M for some shopping. Great sales by the way! But when I went to check out the sale person ask would I like to purchase a bag for $.10 to put my items in? I said excuse me? She said yes ma'am as of June 15? H&M stated changing TEN cents to put your purchase in. What are our taxes paying for? And why is the price that we are paying for clothes is not covering the price of a bag to put your purchase of your items?

The choice is great and the quality of clothes is also on a good level. Especially considering the prices of it.
I still wear a tee that I bought there a couple of years ago.
Outrageous customer service.
First, my order was canceled without my consent. When you're willing to do that, also be willing to inform us and initiate instant refund! Second, my emails aren't being reverted to. Almost a month and I received one automated email, none else. Third, my money is not being refunded, credited, nothing! There is close to no response from the company's side. I'm a student and 3k is not a silly amount for a student to lose. I love the brand but I'm not going back because of how negligent they have been to me.
Their Customer Service is Terrible and they won't help you with any problem, they just keep reading off a script like a robot. My problem has been ongoing for months without any resolution from H&M, they don't care! Buyer Beware if you make an online purchase in 2023!

Shockingly poor selection of plus sized clothing. Bearing in mind, this is based on what I could find on the website, in store is probably far worse considering they never stock everything that is available online.
For each section I viewed, the "standard" sizing offered AT LEAST 10 times as many options as the "plus" sized section. For example, there are a total of 1065 dresses on offer standard sized section. The plus size section? A paltry 69. Plus sized items also appear to be priced much higher than their standard sized counterparts. It's 2023, you'd think a global company as huge as this would be more accommodating. On top of that, sizing is wildly inconsistent, making ordering online (especially if you're plus sized) a difficult and almost hostile experience. I used to love shopping at H&M, but as I've gotten older, gained some weight and now fit in to their plus sized category, it is an entirely miserable shopping experience. Do better H&M.
One of the best things that they have in Amsterdam is a good service and a good refund policy, the clouds are mid level

I recently placed an order that was $222.16.
It declined my order for whatever reason twice then accepted when I checked out with PayPal.
I was charged THREE TIMES! Charged for failed orders! Nearly $700 due to a system failure. Customer service claims they can do nothing other than I have to wait 3-5 business days for the funds to go back into my account.
This has really screwed me over & I can only imagine who else it will/has impacted negatively.
I have children to feed, bills to pay. I do not have time or the funds to pay a temporary extra $500. It's so disappointing.
They treat the costumers very cheap in there retail shop.the shopkeepers are worst at express Avenue Mall at chennai. I never see like that.the worst shop...they use behaviour is totally bad..

Really bad services on delivery I ordered sneakers and tshirt 23 days ago and i just got a delivery confirmation today and it says it will take atleast 13 more days to delivered and on the website it ws 6 to 7 day even after Covid -19 delays. Plz never get anything online from them. I will try to find other platforms as well to inform ever1 too

There was a time H&M was my go to store. The clothes were fashionable and trendy, the colors were fantastic, and they carried my size.
All I see now is disappointment in a brand I once loved. The clothing is cheaply made, doesn't fit, and is carried in fashions/looks that fall very short of the mark.
I am sad by the state of this once great brand. The marketing/advertising and product have pushed me away. You have to ask yourself, "is what I see in the picture what I want to aspire to?"… No.
Really poor app and online services. Shouldn't buy until you want to waste a month and get nothing in return! They would take order and still not deliver the thing and for refund, would take more than a month. A total waste of time
The quality of clothes here is appropriate. You know, when you need some denim jackets, jeans or other stuff, you can easily attend any affiliate of this company and buy whatever you want.
You won't be disappointed about the apparel quality, however, it's not a top segment.
Still, this company continues to be irreplaceable for me in case I need to fill up by wardrobe.
I attempted to order clothes from the website and found it very difficult to navigate but once I found my way through I was able to find what I wanted
I prefer alternative stores to H&M. Thankfully nowadays there are much better stores for customers to choose from. This is my personal opinion.
I emailed for a clarification of something and they were swift to respond. Polite, too, regardless of the many questions I asked.
Very upset with them I ordered my son school clothes, it shows that my package arrive Tuesday at 10:30 PM never did! I contacted the company they used as the carrier and they said they delivered it to a mailbox parcel when I don't have that and I checked my cameras to see if the shipping company they used when ip to my neighbors and it did not! It is the worse trying to talk to someone from gls the only way to actually have someone talk to you is through chat they won't answer the phone they said that the person that delivered it will call me but can't give me a time frame when they will call me! I have ordered from them so many times and this has never happened they lost me as a customer I will never buy ever again!
What is ordered on the website is not what they send you. Clothes they send you are extremely cheaply made. Customer Service is totally awful. Will NEVER order anything from the website or purchase anything in their store.

I am rating with one star for cloth quality but regarding staff, it's less than 0. Really bad experience from H&M Ahmedabad Satellite store. I am really disappointed from one sales person whose name is Anil regarding bad behaviour, and very unprofessional behaviour by that staff person. My son age is 2 years. And we are waiting for fitting room with long queues and long period for that and that time my son just play with stool. Anil has to take a jerk stool from my little son. And then I complain for the same, he was angry with bad language. So I am really feel bad experience. Just I want to suggest to authorized person, staff should be supportive for customers, But it's not in ahmedabad store.
I order a pair of pants on 5/20. I get and email saying my shipment is delayed and won't cancel my order. I paid an 14.99 for express. I need them for this Wednesday.
Customer service said I ha e to wait until my order comes in. Won't be shopping this company again

Horrific experience. I normally shop at H and M often and love their prices but their response to covid is absolutely horrible. I ordered a package like three weeks ago and it's been saying that usps is waiting for the package to arrive to them so they can ship it. It has been saying that for days. I contacted customer support and waiting for 40 min before an agent started a chat with me and the moment the agent got on, the cat randomly stopped and wouldn't let me say anything. Then I emailed them 2 weeks ago and still no response. Absolutely trash. Extremely dissapointed. Pacsun got my order and had it at my doorstep in a week, even though covid is active. H and M is garbage, don't order online.
Don't buy it nt worth it it's worthkess...the are more other brands which provides better rates
