Honestly after submitting my order, I was nervous because I hate shopping online and I read the negative reviews. But really, I ordered 4 dresses, all size 6 and it fit true to size and looks great! I love each dress and will not be returning any of them and they came in a timely manner with express shipping. I couldnt risk doing standard shipping bc my graduation is this Friday but it came in 4 business days after ordering which is really fast. So all in all a great online shop :)

I used the chat feature on 1/24/22 that ended at 11:19 pm est. I ordered a green maxi sweater dress, they sent me a black crop top. The chat with Pamela was painful. They are SCAMMERS. I Tried to get them to resend my dress that still appears on their site in stock. Pamela said its not in stock and the website is not up to date. What type of site doesn't know the inventory. Worst experience. Do not order from these scammers. I'm paying $40 for a crop top, ridiculous. They didn't care, don't waste your money!

Not only did my order take over three weeks to arrive in the US, but when it arrived, the clothes were terrible! I've never had a pair of joggers fit so horribly. I looked into returns and they require that you haven't worn the piece at all, and they make you pay for shipping it back! Also js. It's always a red flag when there are no ways to review on their website.

I honestly only have one "complaint" to say about Missguided. I ordered a ton of their Playboy merchandise and after reading these reviews I was extremely nervous for what my items would actually look like in person but I am IN LOVE. The quality is great and my items look just like they did in the pictures on the website. The only "complaint" I would make is how long I had to wait to receive my items. They took a little over 3 weeks to get here but the customer service was great and without even asking, the funds I spent on shipping were refunded to me. I will definitely be ordering from this site again!

I ordered a black blazer in January. I emailed them today because I have not received my merchandise. I was informed that it was sold out yet nobody reached out to me to let me know. Now we are haggling over my refund. They are refusing to process my refund unless I provide information that I do not feel comfortable providing. Save your money do not do business with these people. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau in America as well.

Tip for consumers:
I just encourage you to not use them. I’ve been in retail 41 years and I know what it is you have to do provide a refund. What they are asking me to do is provide confidential information and I should not have to do that to process a refund under $100. Also I am concerned that this item was out of stock and no one from this company reached out to tell me I would not be receiving it.

I didn’t receive anything from them but a hard time trying to receive my refund.

So basically I was charged for an order I'm yet to receive, it's has been nearly TWO MONTHS. No communication from Missguided, no letting me know about the expected delays, no apologies, nothing. I contacted them once and was basically told "we don't know when you'll get it". Now I want a refund and they're not even answering. Terrible company and TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Never again!

I ordered three items almost two months ago and have yet to receive them (I'm from the U.S.) I didn't get any updates from them explaining the delays. They also try to reel you in with sales, but it's sketchy that they literally ALWAYS have sales. And then they overcharge for shipping when it takes so long for the items to arrive. Never shopping here again :/

Shipping took over 2 weeks. Also the boots arrived damaged with scratches and marks. Thankfully I got a decent representative that gave me a full refund without having to pay to ship the item back. Which is already a ridiculous rule. Never buying from them again though. I'd rather avoid this from repeating.

This company is horrible. They claim 10$ is standard shipping, but it's really third class shipping. It doesn't cost 10$ to ship 1 small piece of clothing. So they charge so much for shipping to make money. Haven't received my package and it's been 3 weeks, when I messaged customer service about it they said shipping takes up to a month. Will never be ordering here again, when I do get my package, I will be returning it.

Missguided is a horrible vendors, long story short. Several years ago i began purchasing clothes with misguided i found the clothes and service to be reasonable. But later on they started charging almost twice the original cost of your clothes as import fees charged by a company called skynet which charges over 70% of the original price of the clothes you purchased. So imagine buying a single item for 40 plus the 11 shipping fees and then skient charges you 40$ minimum for customs fees and in my case I ended up paying more than 160$ for customs fees and since then I have started going to other vendors like pretty little who sometimes have reasonable prices and don't charge you customs fees once your package is in Canada.

Tip for consumers:
for Canadian buyers, don't buy because they will charge you custums fees once the items in canada specifically in the province of Ontario in Toronto I believe, the more items you carry, the bigger amounts skynet will be charging you, sometimes up to $100+.

Their return policy is one of the worst I've ever seen for U.S. customers. The items do not arrive as pictured. The material is poor quality and cheap. They have awful customer service. Do not purchase from this site!

Why didn't your horrible people warn buyers that the packaging was going to be pornographic and then say something like safety first or some nonsense this is disgusting and then you think you're all that cool because it's 100% recycled material you should be ashamed of yourself you should warn people that when you send a gift when they receive it and their children are going to see a woman in a very demeaning pose! You people need to go to hell this is disgusting I'll never buy anything from you again

I have bought two trousers with stretch, one didn't come with stretch(so it didn't fit me at all) I have returned it 15 days after my order and 12 days after the delivery. I was blocked at MISSGUIDED website and they refunded me with half amount of the trouser. The trouser didn't even came with a tag. I have never wear it. That was a terrible experience with MISSGUIDED.

God I wish I never bought from them. $200 I'll never get back. DISGUSTED with my purchase, horrible material, doesn't look like the pictures, untrue sizing, rude customer service. Wow I'm in awe. I wish I read reviews first. Buy from SHEIN to save some money and get better quality of clothes. So so so so so awfully disappointed. They literally said that their sizing might range from size to being more like a size 6! That's ridiculous! Why even have the size guidelines if they don't make any actual reference to the sizing! This company is a total joke.

Just don’t, please save yourself some money and stress.

Paid extra for express shipping. After a week, package is still sitting at the fedex in the UK. Reached out to customer service twice, first representative never followed up. Second representative pushed the task to reach out to FedEx to me. After going back and forth in message for 30 minutes in a live chat that should have only taken 3-5 minutes, but the representative was no responsive, Luis (supervisor) reached out via email. I was offered a $10 discount code for the inconvenience… as if I will EVER order from this company again.

Don’t purchase from here. Paid over $200 for items that never arrived.

I purchased three items in March and paid for express shipping because I needed them quickly for a trip. It took 2 days longer than it said it would, but I ordered before the weekend and it got here before I was supposed to leave for the trip so I brushed it off. Still though, that was the first strike. The quality of the two cheaper pieces was so-so, but the $48 faux leather dress I bought was horrendous. It smelled like fish upon opening. Strike two. I try to set up a return, still within the window of allowed time, and had to pay $8.25 for the label. I've never seen that in all my time of online shopping. Still though, I paid for it because being out $8 is better than $48. I take it to the post office and they literally gave me a FAKE shipping label. There's no contact or help information, and Missguided customer support has ghosted me on the matter. So, aside from the awful quality and odd smells, BEWARE if you want to make a return, they'll just scam you for even more money!

First time and last that I ever spend a penny in missguided! I ordered a dress about a week ago I received it today... shipping was fast for this order but when I opened the package I was soooo disappointed and angry the dress that I order was nothing like the one in the picture I won't wear that dress not even as a Halloween the sad part is that I have more packages from them coming and are late and I haven't received any notification about my packages NEVER AGAIN!

I bought a beige, cross-back, slinky maxi dress for an evening party. It was actually pretty thick, which surprised me since the site's prices are pretty affordable. Missguided carries a lot of items, but most of them pretty similar in style. I was lucky that the dress I bought turned out to be pretty high quality, but some of the other pieces I've ordered from them aren't always great.

Missguided lures you in with a 50% off sale, tell you that you are responsible for import charges and duties. Then, through a shady third-party company called Skynet, they charge you over 50% of the value of your item as import duty. Add that to horrible customer service from both the shipper and missguided and you basically have a nightmare. Spare yourself the shock and headache and shop somewhere else.

Said shipping took 15 days from order date and then never updated on their website. Tried contacting them and each time they would send me a link to track package that never loaded or updated and changed the delivery date back 3 days every time I contacted them. Horribly useless customer service. Shipping took almost a month. Not worth it.

I ordered two pairs of pa at September 9th. Delivery to USA. Go to check tracking, after the getting to their 3rd delivery partner DHL, the tracking number doesn't exist. I live chat them and the response was "sorry your delivery got lost in transit" so if I wasn't tracking the item I never would have received it? They are "processing a refund" but doubtful, will have AMEX dispute. Fraudulent company- reviews here are honest and accurate.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I have been waiting TWO MONTHS for my order. I have reached out and was told I would get a refund by the end of the week if it wasn't here. Now after contacting them they are telling me to wait til the end of next week. They are liars, and do not deserve your business. I even provided screenshots of my conversation with the staff about him telling me they would issue a refund and the THREE people I spoke to all ignored them. This company is BS.

They will charge you around 50% of custom/import fees once your order arrive in Canada. You need to send that amount to a company call sky net. I tried to get some help with missguided and sky net regarding this expensive fee but no one was willing to help. If you don't pay this fee and wish to return the order to missguided you need to take care of the return/shipment charges as well so you never win... soooo disappointed with this company.
