I received my order today. I was very afraid because of the comments I read here, but in my case, the shipping was very fast, the products high quality and beautiful, for the price, ( I bought them on sale) I cannot ask for more. I will order again, I hope they continue selling beautiful products. One thing only, just order one size bigger than yours. I am 6, and some clothes are sizes 2 to 4, and fit me perfectly. I think UK sizes are bigger than US.!

Ordered 3 items. One of them was a white dress for summer, very pretty(at least on the website pictures). What came to my mail was a white trash bag looking dress, horrendous! Went to my order to confirm I wasn't going crazy. The dress I had ordered was out of stock for my size, i assume they sent me that trash bag instead of just sending an email letting me know its out of stock and reimburse me. I ended up retuning my whole orderas the other items were too big. Don't buy! Would give 0 starts if I could.
Their return policy states that only international returns have to pay for return shipping and their site states that they're based in California, USA. I went to initate a return and it was charging me a fee for return shipping. I reached out to them about this and the "customer service" rep said they're actually based in the UK and that only UK residents get free returning shipping.
Also, their clothes are crap and unwearable. Don't purchase! I'll get my money back through my credit card company. Dispute has been open, but what to do with these "clothes"? I wouldn't even donate them!

Buyers Beware! If you are very confident that what you are ordering online will fit then you can take the chance but if you are not certain please refrain from making purchases from this site. They take forever to accept and refund a return. Even after the return is received they hold your funds hostage for a week before even processing. The return is sent back via snail mail that you have to pay for. I believe they are purposely holding funds longer to make interest off the money they have available in their account because anyone in business knows that if you process a refund, it gets send within 2-3 business days now since everything is electronic. I was told to wait about 10 days for this. Will not be ordering again just because of this hassle. Also sizing is completely different from item to item. I bought one item and it was too big. Bought another item in a smaller size since that one was too big and the new item ended up being too small. Horrible experience.
I was injured so I couldn't return things on time and I asked them to make an exception as none of their dresses fit me and I ordered my normal size but they either run super small or super big. In addition the images don't even match the shipments. I ordered a shorts pajamas set and got pants instead. It's such a bad experience overall and the colors and materials are horrible in person and so cheap looking compared to the pictures. I tried explaining to the chat rep and she just hung up on me. Her name is Beth. I will never shop here again and tell everyone about my poor poor experience!

Haven't even received my order yet, but according to my shipping email, I was sent the wrong size. I ordered boots in a size 7 (I have my confirmation email as proof that I didn't mess up) and according to my shipping email, they sent me the same boots in a size 5. I have sent a message to customer service and am being patient with the response but I am annoyed. I ordered one thing and they somehow messed that up. I know that the return/ refund will be an easy process but I am annoyed that I won't be getting the boots in my size. I am crossing my fingers that i was just a typo on their end and I am actually receiving the right size, but I am not optimistic.

I wanted to do some online shopping for summer clothes and heard that Nasty Gal had good quality clothes. I decided to look at their website and a lot of the clothes were cute. They were also more expensive than sites like shein so I knew the quality would be better as well. I bought 3 items, 2 dresses and a sweatshirt. When the delivery arrived today, I was so excited to try on my new clothes. When I opened the box, I was extremely disappointed and angered with the items that they sent. 1) The quality is subpar, not the worst but definitely not the best. 2) The stitching job is very sloppy and looks cheap. 3) This was my biggest disappointment. They sent me a dress that looked completely different from the one I ordered. The dress I ordered was a blush color with mesh fabric. The one they sent me is bright pink and was a completely different fabric, a more heavy, towel-like fabric. It's honestly very disappointing that a company would sell a certain product and send a completely different item to the customer. I should've known something was up because they don't allow customer reviews on their products on the website. If anyone is thinking of buying from Nasty Gal, I do not recommend at all.
Literally who decided to let this CEO price the items at that price with THAT quality? Spend a large amount more than I did on SHEIN, (and Shein is better) and the items still sucked. Plus they make you pay for shipping ($12) for not even fast shipping, mine took over 2 weeks but I've heard worse and return shipping for their $#*!ty clothes. C'mon guys, if you're gonna charge a lot at least make it worth it like? All my friends and I do NOT approve. Get it together.

My payment wasn't going through on their website or app. It was not accepting my amex for some reason, the website gave an unspecified reason. It was not due to my amex as I had plenty of available credit and all info was put in correctly. I also checked with amex and they said it was on the sellers end, they were not rejecting. I contacted customer service several times only to be put off 24,48 hours...then 72 hours. Still no answer they said they would escalate to the proper dept. I never heard back and after 72 hours asked what was going on. Their answer was nobody else had the problem. Nothing more...no interest in figuring out what the problem was. I will never spend my money with them especially due to the complete disinterest in my business and they rude poor service from their "customer service" people.
I really wish they would accept accountability for sending incorrect items and then not assisting customers in canceling or modifying those incorrect orders. The chaos of talking with their customer service mixed with the complete lack of integrity or quality of product all leads to me spending too much money and time on this crappy company. Do not recommend or respect.

Do not purchase from this company unless you quadruple check your order. Their customer is by far the most horrific I've experienced by any brand. Their site switched my billing and shipping address which I noticed immediately after the order was placed. They refused to change the address or cancel the order and offered no help and said it was my problem.

I’ll never use their site again. The fact that you can’t change or cancel your order even a minute after placing it, is wrong. Their site glitches and they don’t take any responsibility. I checked everything before I placed the order and checked again after, it wasn’t correct and I never got my package. The customer service was appalling. Ordered three items. Two came in dirty looking bags that had clearly been used. Of the three items, one was huge and ridiculous looking, the other was poor quality but kind of cute, and the third I thought would be nice with some alterations. I decided to return the first, but Nasty Gal wants me to pay for shipping with a credit card, rather than deduct from my return? I don't think so. That's not a policy I can get behind. I'll be shopping elsewhere from now on.
They ruined my daughter's Christmas! She ever got her order/presents. They charged my card $190. Never sent the items and will not give me a refund. I have contacted them through virtual assistant, Facebook Messenger and email. It's been over 2 months. They have no phone number to call. I am so sad for my daughter, I can't replace her gifts until they refund me!
Absolutely ridiculous company - sending me on a wild goose chase to get my refund. Gaslighting me saying that they've sent it when i've sent photo evidence that i haven't received any form of refund from them. I've emailed both of their customer service emails. Direct messaged on instagram. And now they're telling me to contact them on whatsapp. Save yourself the headache and never buy from this website - you'll never get your refund.
We know that these brands sell items like this for cheap and we are expecting the best quality. I have to say, I think that nasty gal is probably one of the better ones though that I've seen however here's my experiences from two purchases:
The main reason why I am giving them a 4 and not a 3 star was because of my second purchase with them. I bought a top and boots and a bag and everything was affordably priced. The bag actually came with an extra little pocket and the material wasn't bad at all (I got it for $12!)
I do want to mention my first time buying from them though I bought three different pieces: a swimsuit a dress and some pants and I ended up returning all of them because none of them fit. But, their return policy was pretty good and I also would say that their shipping is not bad either because I got my items pretty fast.
Bottom line is, they're probably one of the better fast fashion online shopping that I know, but it's a hit or miss on their items (READ REVIEWS!) and NEVER Pay for full price. They have discounts/codes often!

After not having ordered from Nasty Gal in many years… I decided to give them a shot. I clearly should have done my research first. True to the majority of the reviews here…. They are the worst! The clothes are of horrible quality and their customer service is terrible. They are a UK company so the dresses are UK sized, but when my order was confirmed the sizes were all wrong. Super disappointed. I will not be ordering from them again and will be returning everything I purchased.
I wish I could give them zero. It coming on a month and I have not received my order. I paid for express shipping. They keep sending the same form letter to me. They offered me nothing for my inconvenience other for me to wait. I'm still waiting…. I'm call my credit card company today and pulling the plug on the order that never arrived. 2 out of the 5 items I ordered came broken and in busted up packaging. Their shoes are uncomfortable and poor quality. One of the broken items I received I later learned was an outdated, discontinued product by a third party company. Reached out to customer service and they were absolutely appalling. The system doesn't let you email large files like certain pictures and videos, which they demand you provide as proof of faultiness. The customer service reps are so unhelpful and you only have a chance of getting your refund if you nag them for hours on end. Be tenacious, or better yet, don't order in the first place.

My item shipped on 12/27 and its 1/14, my item is still 1000 miles away in Illinois. I PAID for shipping, it wasn't even free. It is honestly INSANE how long it takes, and in my opinion unacceptable. I've been purchasing from nasty gal for so long. Yesterday I received my order and noticed I received two different boot styles in the box, both were for the right foot! Mistakes happen, but oh my goodness, to get customer service to help has been such a nightmare. They wanted me to pay for my return when it was their wrong doing, now I have to claim it's faulty but the label is already created for return, it's just a big mess and it takes hours to get a response since customer service is email only
Or a ridiculous bot in the website. Hopefully I get it resolved so i can move on and only purchase from asos from now on. No more nasty gal.

I was charged for an item I did not receive. I tried contacting the company for a week and their virtual chat system wasn't working. When I was finally able to get through to them they said I was outside the 14-day window for identifying a missing item. Due to their broken technology, they stole money from me. Worst customer service experience. They have no phone support. They are preying on their customers.
Wow. I remember when I used to shop at Nasty Gal in the states and it was so cute, the quality was great, pricier but worth it. I just got a couple of pant suits, a dress and a bathing suit - They all look like they're from the costume shop - cheap cheap cheap quality! Looks nothing like the photos on their website. So disappointing. I would classify Nasty Gal in the same category as Zaful. Will not be shopping here again.
