Warnesha Kelley at NordstromRack the summit went out of her way to help me get my online order picked up. We had my order receipt but the system was not recognizing my name or order number. She went above and beyond & her managers assistance to verify my order and receipt were clearly a match and helped me get my purchase without any hassle. I will return and continue shopping here based on my experience with Warnesha. She could have just told me sorry and not helped further but she went out of her way and that is what makes customers keep returning. Thank you!
Delivery person took a pick of delivered package but it wasn't there when i opened the door. ( i was home all day) shipping company had over 2k review and they all 1 star. Poor! Purchased a $70 dress online that was too tight. Unbeknownst to me the RACK has a 30 day return policy which I learned of while trying to return in the store. (BTW just over 30 days wasn't trying to return something 6 month old). Now, I don't have a dress nor do I have $70! Nordstrom should not associate itself with the Rack. Bad for business. Will never shop there again and view Nordstrom in a whole new light.

They use unreliable and incompetent delivery companies. Their customer service doesn't provide correct information about the delayed or missing deliveries. Why wouldn't they let the customer choose the delivery methods/companies when checking out like other businesses do? And what is this TForce? Has anyone heard of this delivery service? They don't speak English! What's the official language spoken in this country?!
My package was said to be delivered on Saturday 7/31. Immediately after I got the notification, I went to my mailbox and there was nothing there.
I've been trying to contact their cs and of course no answer.

Great deal you just have to dig. Unfortunately I stopped using the app after they changed it and now won't show your old purchases. I've seen others complain about this. I hope they bring this back. I now shop in the stores instead, ones in California have some amazing finds.

My wife ordered a big $69. Have cameras at the front door. Tracking said the package was delivered 7/31. DID NOT receive the package. Have been back and forth with customer service saying it was delivered/check with neighbors/check with local PO. It has now been almost 2 weeks of back and forth and still no refund or item. DO NOT buy from this site. It is a scam

Bought a shoe to my son but it didn't fit. Had some trips after and was not able to return it right a way. I went back to return it after 35 days and the manager just said I'm sorry you can not return it and either use as a credit. I'm very mad and won't go back there anymore.
I ordered a bag that was on sale (MJ tote) then turns out it was from a different company took over 3 weeks to get in the states no updates unless you go to original email then I never received my bag that was delivered and now I can't get anyone to help me because it's from China will never order from this store again
Nordstrom Rack has horrible customer service. Horrible! I ordered over $700 of merchandise, which was not actually delivered by Lasership and I have proof it was not delivered by security camera. I was told by Nordstrom Rack that "the only responsibility they have to to deliver it", and referred me to the police. After reviewing the security camera, the police stated that "there is no crime here", and Nordstrom Rack has to deliver the package. Nordstrom Rack is refusing to accept responsibility for this lost package and refusing to issue a refund. I even reported them to BBB. This is the WORST customer service I have ever seen. I will never shop there again and I encourage you all to do the same. I'm disgusted.

Which I liked. I am size 34. They had 32 and 36. A kind lady was able to locate one in Dublin,a few miles away(one pair only). I rushed to Dublin,without taking a picture, or remembering the brand.There I found the nicest young lady Victoria. Based on my description,style,color,she went in the back.3-4 minutes later she came back holding them with a beautiful smile on her beautiful face.she made my day. How wonderful will be life with Victoria(S) EVERYWHERE..
I visited the store in Temecula today 08/25/2023. I was made to feel like a criminal with my own Nordstrom card. The cashier Maria G. Made up a story that my profile is not complete and she need to call customer service. She stated to customer service, "I don't see any notes on her account". From the sound of it, the person on the other line really didn't understand why she was calling about my profile. There was a long line and this took her 10 or 15 minutes. Initially when I walked in I had a return for three of the 10 items I purchased at the San Diego location a week ago. Two of the tags fell off in the bag, the manager told me to make sure when I make a return the tags are attached. She was not kind at all, and the tags were in the bag. Not sure if I will continue to be a customer, I will be closing my account.
Believe it folks, Nordstrom delivered a worn, stained, filthy, and smelly garment with no tags or belt to our house and had the audacity to tell me that there's nothing they can do to remedy the situation. I requested to speak with a customer care specialist at the corporate office, a female supervisor put me on hold for more 30 minutes and never to the phone. This garment smelled of cigarette smoke, has damage markings on it from being worn severally and has yellow stains on it, as well. By exposing us to the cigarette smoke, the safety of my household was jeopardized by Nordstrom's negligence. I have continued to sneeze nonstop since this lethal bomb was detnanated in our family room on the eve of 3/27/23. Per Nordstrom supervisors on 3/28/23, I am required to drive to the post office or a local rack store which is about 20/25 minutes away from us and return their piece of disease infested garment back to Nordstrom rack. If they choose to mail it, then I'll have to wait for several weeks for it to make it to their warehouse and my account will not be credited during the waiting phase. Customer service was unable to tell me how they could've shipped this atomic bomb called a faux leather shirt to our home knowing that all of humanity is terrorized by viruses and bacteria at this present time. It's deplorable to say the least and I am highly dissatisfied and appalled with Nordstrom rack.com employees lack of empathy and inability to be of assistance.
I purchased shoes on April 12 and two weeks later have yet to receive them. The shoes were shipped via FedEx and initially showed delayed. FedEx reps have stated that Nordstrom Rack should file a claim, however, this has been met with resistance from NR. It matters not whose fault it is, especially after two weeks. This needs resolution and this is totally unacceptable handling of this issue, file the claim.
As someone who wears a size 4 shoe, Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack are my go to but this has left me baffled, and hesitant to purchase from them for a while.

After taking quite a bit of time selecting items for a wardrobe refresh and placing the order, Nordstrom rack cancelled my order without explanation. Even if they suspected fraud due to the fact that I added a new ship to address, that order should not have been cancelled. The items had minimal stock and now more than likely those items will become unavailable. The order should have been placed on hold, the inventory allocated and I should have been contacted immediately or within 24-hours. This is not a good business practice. I will shop my wardrobe refresh elsewhere.
This employee named Keven found my jeans for me that I really loved... the only size that fit was on the model in the store. He let me try them on and took them from the model. Now that is customer service!

After reporting my package missing, the company weren't wiling to resolve my issue. I didn't realize the delivery company they used was the same company I had issues with in the past. I came here to read some reviews and seems like a lot of people are having similar problem.
They had the nerve to send me a denial email telling me to choose a different carrier for my future purchase when the agent himself stated that they didn't have that option. They practically said I am $#*! out of luck. So now I'm out $500. Hopefully my credit card company will be able to tag this purchase as fraud.
First time ordering feom them and it didn't work out.
