There was a mix up in my medicare coverage of diabetic supplies. My pharmacist Gail at Rite Aid worked diligently for weeks and making numerous phone calls until this situation was was corrected, She found the reason for the problem and got it rectified while others said there was nothing they could do. I am so very grateful to her or I do not know what I would have done.
First, we got the wrong product. There was no return label in the box so I had to call customer service. Returned product the next day and had tracking of being received at Rite Aid. Called CS 3 times and got the run-around on when I'll get a refund. Last cs rep said it will take a month to refund the money. So, they charge your card as soon as you place the order but then take an interest free loan from their customer by not refunding the money for a whole month! That is so unacceptable. I notified my bank about this practice. I'll also let all my friends, relatives, work mates, and my church members know about it. Will never shop at Rite Aid again! Would give -star if possible.

Surgeon called in prescription for pain meds before I left hospital. Hour drive from hospital to Rite Aid. When we arrived, Pharmacist didn't have ready and wouldn't give it to us. Said we had to come back tomorrow. Why couldn't they have contacted me or dr office if product wasn't available? We need pain meds most after surgery. Will NEVER use Rite Aid again.

Danielle Martinsen is the most horrible employee ever. She doesn't know how to conduct herself. She is pathetic and has zero morales. She doesn't know a thing about running a Human Resources department. She's nightmare with broken teeth.
My local Rite-Aid at 17th & Chestnut is filthy and the shelves are never stocked. I've taken videos (too large to upload) of how poor the conditions are; and called (twice) to "Rite Aid corporate" who promised me a return call "within 2 days". That was 16 days ago! To add insult to inquiry, almost every time I visit the store, someone is "helping themselves" to merchandise. If Rite Aid doesn't care, shame on them!

I visit This Rite Aid just about everyday. There's few people that don't do anything when you request for help. I needed something from behind the locked showcase. I needed for someone to open it. I waited and waited so I just gave up. There's also been incidences where customer service happened very rude. I think they're overworked...I don't know but they have a serious attitude.
You can call 3 days before you run out of a med and it still won't be ready. My doctor called an acute med in on a friday and it wasn't filled until sunday. Unacceptable. They tried to charge me twice for my blood pressure medicine. This is neglegent patient care. I've worked in the medical field 28 years and never seen anything like it. I had to wait 3 1/2 days for my Cymbalta which made me very sick, I gave 2 days notice on my refill. The staff hate their jobs and the parents. Needless to saytoday I switched pharmacies. This pharmacy is going to kill someone
Danielle Martinsen doesn't deserve the position she holds as the hr manager. She abuses power and create a hostile environment.
My doctor sent over a prescription of just ten pills to hold me over until my mail order. They told me they were filling the prescription & I could pick it up the next morning. Actually the pharmacy had to order the pills. After the weekend I received a text telling me that the pills would be arriving the next day on a truck. Meanwhile I am very low on pills. The whole experience is horrible & I still don't know if I will receive the pills before my mail order arrives
The pharmacists at the store on 19th in Rancho Cucamonga care always helpful and friendly. Hopefully corporate will read and listen to this next part. The blinking lights in the makeup and other areas in that section make me dizzy. It`s horrible and you have to look at the floor to walk through that area. I know the employees care but what about the people in charge? Do you really want to sell anything?
Charging $ 0.1 for a plastic bag, on top of high prices, & poor treatment of employees. Will not go back.

Bought a box of Claritin D and when I expressed surprise that the price increased $5 in 3 weeks, the pharmacist's reply was "Well you don't have to buy it."
Obviously I do have to buy it but I guarantee it won't be from Rite Aid. Why would I do business with a company that tells customers "we don't care about you" right to their face?
Be aware the female management will follow you around for "having a big bag" when some simply just have to walk home or take bus so it's easier to hold and manage so my problem with that is they follow you isle by isle giving no personal space and when you have to adress it, it's extremely embarrassing and you feel singled out. Also, some staffing the pharmacy are rude and sarcastic(not all but some) at the Rite aid on 900 Mount royal Blvd Pgh, Pa, *******. I'm sure they get busy but if you call more than once to check status it just seems to irritate them and sometimes gets to the point of waiting all day for a script or even the next day. If you are working and can only grab your script at certain times you may have to transfer. No problems with male staff so far. I have severe anxiety disorder and can only put up with so much. It's the closest one I can manage to get to on foot so I have to now walk in feeling like a nuisance and thief when I am not. I really don't even want to post this but if you have anxiety beware.people truly have lost touch with one another and can be unaware of the customers feelings and void of friendly service. This is everywhere.

We just relocated to this area and in the process of enrolling our 6 yr old daughter into school, we needed to get her a few shots. One was a MMR (for short).
We are currently not on a medical insurance plan and RITE AID wanted to charge us $1,000. Dollars for this shot!
Luckily we were able to go to a Cou ty hospital for assistance! I will never do business with this company and hope others follow suit!
I'm on the automatic refill program. Too many times I have to call because they don't bother to fill my prescriptions. Call or email corporate and you never get a response. Now I get emails saying the request I made for a refill can't be done because it is not due yet. I never requested a refill and call and email pharmacy asking who requested the refill and as usual I get no response from the pharmacy or corporate. Plus you also have to go on their schedule because at 1:30 they close down and head to lunch. Then A few times when I went to pick up my prescriptions there is a hand written sign on the door that says they closed early. No notification and people driving 20 miles ask if this is a joke and then have to make another trip. Rite Aid couldn't care less about the customers. I had to go to their pharmacy due to changing insurance. I'll pay more and go back to my previous plan so I can use my tops pharmacy. Never had this problem with Tops. Over 1 year and they can not sync my prescriptions and I have to make 5 or 6 trips a months due to their incompetence. I'm done with them. It's like going through a maze at a clown show, Stay for away because Rite Aid has no customer service and they couldn't care less about you getting your prescriptions. They are a total joke.
I shop at this site all the time and "Brenda" and her staff are wonderful. Good deals weekly and good customer service,plus self service kiosk.

I went to Rite Aid to pick up my husband's medicine. I went through the drive-through and my medicine wasn't ready. They asked me to wait in the parking lot and they will text me when it was ready. I never got a text. I went back up to the window And the guy feel the prescription and gave me the wrong prescription. When I went back to the window to get the right one, I was told that I had to either come in or come back tomorrow after 12. The drive-through is always closed they claim because of short staff. I am disabled and used to drive through specifically because it is much more convenient than hauling out my chair or Rollator. This Rite Aid is at ******* Chester Ave. In Cleveland Ohio.
Been coming to the store at 811 Fisher Boulevard in Toms River, NJ for over 6 years and have never been disappointed. Staff is friendly, store is clean and well stocked and the pharmacy & pharmacy staff have been excellent. I wouldn't shop anywhere else.

Entered the pharmacy. Was the only one in line, waiting to go to the counter. It was 1:29. The customer in front of us left and the cashier informed us that they have lunch from 1:30 - 2:00. "Can we come back at 2:00?" I feel since we were in line for at least 2 minutes, we should have been waited on.
I went to Rite Aide Pharmacy on 12 Mile I could not believe how friendly the staff was at my previous pharmacy the people were not only rude but racist. I am so happy my insurance company thought that they would be a good fit. The Pharmacy Manager Nameer Sarsam was extremely helpful in guiding though what I needed to get for a up coming procedure. Not only did Nameer and Mariah help in getting the things needed they were professional and extremely nice. They were so nice in fact I asked why where they're being so nice. They explained they were just being them. I explained at the other store I was going to they were never nice to me. I must say this is refreshing being treated like special person. Thank you guy for being so nice to me. Also on my way out the lady at the front said have a nice day. Wow keep up the good work!

They have missed several of my meds I'm in pain 24/7 and on insulin this is life and death for me then when you call and ask not being rude to them but they are to you really do your job right you wouldn't get complaints not happy just as bad as Walmart and it's not a compliment

I bought a roblox gift card and this $#*! dont work, i have been trying for hours still no $#*!ing input, before you $#*!ers stay to activate it help me out cuz this $#*! aint $#*!ing work its bull$#*!.
Second worst pharmacy ever. They send texts meds are ready yet they never are upon arrival. The website doesnt allow updates of profile information nor records of payments/visits. It seems to only concentrate on retail, in which case they should make pharmacy secondary. The customer srevice phone number is almost fully automated and kicks you off before determining if the issue is resolved. Switching soon
