I have purchased so many items from SheIn. No complaints. You have to read the reviews to make sure you order the right size. At first my orders took weeks now they come within 10 days. This is my choice for online shopping!

By far the worst site in History. Placed a order April 23,2020. Supposedly shipped May 10,2020 today is now May 24,2020 and I still haven't received my package from California. FedEx says they don't have it. I have received other packages from China that I ordered after this. Full of $#*! website. Never again! Customer Service only apologizes and give you a standard message that doesn't even go with you email you sent. It seems they can't read English. I wish I could give no stars because 1 is to many.

Worst experience ever... I placed an order in October 2020(for Christmas) received the wrong order in November (all size xs plus they are items that I never ordered) I am having the worst experience trying to return the product and get my money back ( still emailing today Dec 21) Shein keeps sending me an incorrect label that will not scan at my post office? Therefore I am unable to return it or get my money back ( over $50).

Don't sell things that can't be returned, especially in bad shape. They literally sent me a bunch of jewelry that I can't do anything with. Missing pieces and broken right out the package. Whoever packed this stuff knows that it was damaged before they shipped it to me, and they still decide to send it smh definitely will not be ordering anything else from them. If you like just throwing away money, then go for it. I'm just not there in life.

In past orders, items been missing, in wrong size, defective, bad quality, horrible non existent customer service with no way to address a problem. They freaking bargain instead of return product. Dastardly. Quality down, prices high. Local products in Walmart are cheaper and better quality. Will not buy in future because its poor quality and priced too high. Rip-off.

They say they are available to chat between pst hours 6 to 10 pm. I tried but all you get is a bot. Also they email you a day later with unresolved status. It used to be decent, not good, and has gotten to a point of useless back and forth emails that dont address the problem

I have used this company and have spent hundreds of dollars on a weekly basic,and then one of my orders got lost in transits and i order it on August 4,2023 was suppose to arrive between 8/12 to 8/16
All I have been doing is asking for a credit to the wallet so i can spend it with them.
And they keep telling me to wait and track the delivery service.
Then don't want to refund my money for there lost of merchandise.

I have proof of posting with weight so they could check. THEN they kept £41 + for "processing fee". No mention of this previously. Terrible customer service and total disregard for their potential customer. Out to make money and cheat. Raising complaint with Paypal.

The only available USA phone number has NOT been set up?! Trying to deal with their customer service in CHINA is most frustrating and a complete waste of time. After the "chat" they always stated "issue solved" but NOT at all. Trying to request a change of address took 12 chats to no avail. They kept saying info "updated" but never gave permission to delivery company to change the address. Will never order from them again even though the prices are great!

I wish there is a zero rating. I ordered from Shein for the first time in December 2022 after seeing so many advertisements showing how inexpensive their merchandise is; I thought I would try them. Now it is April, and I have yet to receive my order. Every email address that I have managed to find is returned as not active. My tracking information is showing expired. At this point, it is not about the money but rather the lack of customer service and my inability to contact anyone. This is a lesson learned - cheaper does not always mean better.

SHEIN is a great place to shop if you're looking for affordable fast fashion but. If the item doesn't have any reviews then you're definitely taking a gamble.
SHIPPING: about 3 weeks arrive
QUALITY: 3/5. All the items were a bit thin, which is fine for late Spring and Summer. However, the shirts I purchased came out so thin, you could easily see my bra underneath. I would advise staying away from anything white on SheIn honestly.
OVERALL: You get what you pay for.
I think SHEIN is perfect for those who want to stay in trend for the season on a budget. I wouldn't expect the items to last very long tho.

There is no way to return items that do not fit. Their policy is disingenuous at best. Their web page makes it virtually impossible to get answers to your questions and puts you in a loop which is very frustrating. The quality of clothing is not great especially when they send the incorrect size. I would NOT recommend this company.

I placed an order on March 20,2020 for 127,50$ and up to today never received any items from them when I check the tracking keep saying it was returned to Shein, tried contacting them several times to resolve this issue without any success and its only automated massages that's not related to your concerns, been so patient waiting after I called my credit card company and it was over month to dispute it, so now I am short on 127,50$ never again buy from this SCAM, lesson learnt in hard way.

I ordered on Shein and asked my colleagues to join in as it was a site that looked like it had decent clothing, the four of us selected items so we could split delivery cost if needs be. SInce I ordered and tried tracking the order it keeps saying processing order and this is 20 something days back its been almost whole month now waiting on this order with no update. I just bought a home for myself February 28,2023 as a new home owner y'all know money can get tight with unexpected repairs and expenses. I placed a 75 dollar order with this company for cleaning supplies buckets sponges kitchen towels. They never shipped my items yet took my payment. I disputed payment come May no shipment, June no shipment July no shipment now it's August and they are saying unless I take the dispute off they won't refund me! They know I didn't get the items but still won't refund me that's straight up STEALING!

Shipping packaging handling great. Buuuut….Omg the chemical odor from the shoes and some of their products was so intense that my whole room got filled with that order and stunk for hours. Now I'm not an expert but no one needs to tell me that that odor doesn't cause cancer or some other conditions. The shoes I bought were for my kids. First time and last time getting anything on Shein. I learned my lesson
Dont waste your money. Seriously, I've had more aggravation shopping with this place. Go for walk and enjoy life.
Zero stars if possible. Cheap ugly fabric, not as described. Packages marked as delivered, when NOT delivered. Finally arrived way later and an item was missing. Back to the dispute center. Argh!

Horrible company. The tracking updates keep changing everyday and then suddenly disappears. I don't know what's happening with my order. It's been over 20 days and I still haven't got any updates. Worst company ever. I am still waiting on 2 orders. Don't know if they will ever arrive. I tried Shein for the first time and I am so disappointed. Shein Canada is the worst. Stay away from them. Very cute shoe comfortable. Doesnt roll off, fast delivery, however product not so strong, my shoe broke 5mins after putting them on hence the four stars. But overally they were beautiful shoes

I returned some items totalling over $100, and unfortunately they put the credit into a shein wallet (credit) Seriously, not cool.
I had ordered more items while waiting for the return and even though I got a notification stating it had been delivered, I have not received.
Top it all off, there isnt anyway to contact them, everything it an auto response online, which isn't helpful.
Won't be ordering from them again... unless I have to use my credit :(

I shop at Shein for a while because the prices are still lower than in stores. Not affordable for me there. The quality of Shein products is low. Clothing after first wash are not wearable, especially made of viscose, rayon or cotton. They shrink about two sizes down. Polyester is mostly like plastic. Also sewing is terrible. Almost every piece has to be redone. The prices are going up and quality down. Not easy to deal with customer service.

The clothes came in fairly quickly, but the items did not fit me well and were made poorly so i returned it using their return label per their return process and 3 weeks later still no refund or any type of customer service contact information that works. I'm sure others lost more than I did, I will have to try and contact my bank for an inquiry to this company and try to get my money back
