Had the review already posted about the horrible care I received or more like a lack of care. Wanted to add that after a few back and force with their customer service, they finally told me that they do not offer refunds since they do not promise treatment, though my refund request was based on the lack of care provided and horrible service. This looks like a scam that targets vulnerable people looking for help. It is unbelievable this company is in medical care business.

They don't provide any treatment or guidance save your money. The call or the visit is pretty useless because they have no history based of test based visit, so don't waste your money as they cannot help you.
