I have a membership with Thrive because I can easily navigate the site, so as to avoid certain foods that some of my family members cannot eat. I have compared Thrive Market prices to the prices at local stores in my area and, so far, Thrive does offer the best pricing. I check periodically for random items and you all (Thrive) continue to have the best prices. The website design makes it easy to find what I need. Good variety overall. Ships and arrives quickly. The other big selling point is that if a new person joins, they donate a membership to a family in need or a first responder, etc. So that's awesome.

Then a month later they charged me $60 for a "membership" I never ordered. I tried to cancel this memebership and get my money back I had to ask 4 times! "what if we give you a $20 coupon" "are you sure you want to cancel" blah blah blah. What a pain in the behind. Stay clear of these thieves.
Besides from lots of "out of stock" items and mediocre pricing, I was charged a different amount from what my bill listed. It turned out the coupon code was invalid but it was not shown until I got my receipt showing a different amount then what I agreed to pay. Despite their error the customer service was not very helpful.

I spend a lot of money on groceries. I was excited to to try thrive to save some money on pantry staples. The added perk of a free gift with orders over a certain about of $ was a perk! It was one of the main reasons I signed up. For at least 6 weeks there has been no free gift due to COVID. Really? Take away one of the perks of membership at a time when a lot of people are signing up? Frustrating.

I trust the brands and quality of product, so that makes it easy to shop in one place. However, I don't like that free shipping is at $49, some things you have to buy x2, that SOOOO many things are out of stock, they don't have a great assortment of brands and products, AND you are DEFINITELY not saving that much, etc. I've found things that are are actually 40% less at other retailer. So i will likely not renew my membership. In addition, i was only supposed to do a 30 free trial, but they signed me up for a membership. The only reason I'm actually shopping on thrive is to make the member $ actually worth it. Very disappointed.

It may just be me, but when I went to Thrive Market's site, it seemed as if I had to buy a membership before you could find out much about what they offer. I'd like to know what they sell and at what prices, how long delivery takes and how much it costs. I couldn't find contact information on the site either. Why would I want to pay almost $10 (at the annual rate) but not know what I was getting? Crazy.

Was excited to start shopping but everything i wanted was out of stock- so I'm paying 70 bucks a year to avoid going to Whole Foods, and yet here i go - back to WF just to get basics you would think Thrive would have. Super not impressed so far, but I'll keep you posted on the Meal Bundle I did get!
Dooped into a non-refundable membership fees because I had a membership for one order 4 years ago. This wasn't explained anywhere but the fine print. Customer services only solution was to offer me discounts on future years' fees. Extremely disappointed to find out the company isn't what they present themselves to be.

Everything that I receive is great quality, I think I'm just frustrated with how many items are continually out of stock. I'm really trying to limit my trips to the grocery store and use Thrive 100% for my pantry items, but so far that hasn't been possible. The prices are great though. I really wish that Thrive wouldn't put each item into a separate plastic ziplock baggy though, it seems so wasteful to me when I don't even use plastic bags in my home. Each item is wrapped in paper and plastic which could be accomplished with just paper wrapping in my opinion.

Good products, good prices. Like many people I have more than one address--and Thrive has somehow managed to get two of mine. If any time I clicked on the Thrive email, the first thing I got was a login box, no problem. But it doesn't work that way. So, again, I've had to contact chat, follow a circuitous path, and FINALLY, get to my real account. It doesn't have to be this hard. I don't need the website to know who I am before I login, since inevitably, it seems to me, when they do try to know, they always get the wrong email and try to sell me another membership and generally leave me feeling VERY frustrated.

When I logged on, there was a message at the top of my screen saying I would receive 20% off on my entire order. When I checked out, I found out there was a $20 maximum discount. This wasn't just misleading, it was an out-an-out lie. My entire order was more than $100 and I did not receive a 20% discount as promised.

Thrive has given me a lot more options since developing nut and soy allergies as an adult. Customer service has been excellent! Website is very user-friendly, though if you could load up your shopping cart during "off" hours when you can't make purchases, it would simpler than creating a "list" and transferring it (I can imagine these extra steps being cumbersome for the less computer-savy). Wish they carried Amrita bars and offered meat in smaller quantities though. Thanks to the Thrive staff for working during this time, stay safe friends!

Initially they had products that were hard to find in stores so being able to buy them from one place was helpful. But overtime many of the brands are now available in stores and are at a cheaper price. So after you pay the price from thrive and then add in the membership costs it really doesn't make any sense because you end up paying way more. Also, I've had the membership for several years and once the pandemic hit they just flooded their market with new members which made their ship time up to 4 weeks to get anything. So in a time of need I couldn't even get anything from them. I do think their quality and customer service are good, but not enough to overpay for it.

I am pleased with the selection and variety of products offered. Delivery is prompt. I would prefer the products to all be on one page instead of 5-8 different ones. That makes it more difficult to find what you're looking for in your favorites.

I have been happy with every product but the shipping is quite lacking. I don't know if this is a Thrive issue or a Fedex issue, but shipping takes so long and then I've had it delayed multiple times. I know I should just order sooner, but I'm always surprised at how long it takes. I was expecting a delivery today (order placed over a week ago), and checked online to find that it won't be here until Monday :(

Love the store, HATE the way they send you your products - NO PACKING SLIP. Say b /c they are going green. Does not make sense. Then I have to print it and it is page after page of products ordered when they could do it and include it right from the warehouse. The responsibility is put back on the consumer. Their meat and wine DO include a nice packing slip...

A friend recommended this place. They had some beautiful plants but non existent customer service. Two "girls" at the front said "we're just cashiers we don't know anything". Told me to walk around and see if I could find somebody to help me. After wandering around for 15 min couldn't find a soul among the plants that I could ask a question. Girls were just standing around and laughing at their table, didn't try to help. Guess I'm going back to Cooks

Not only will thrive market sell your contact info. They will continually charge your credit card for subscription fees. Even after canceling. Customer service is horrible. Getting your credit card info. Removed from their system is impossible. I had to have my card numbers changed. Just to stop thrive. From charging my card constantly constantly. Give them your contact info and credit card number. At your own risk.

They are struggling to place orders during this difficult time compared to some other companies such as vitacost even shutting down ordering for days at a time! Being you have to pay for a membership to shop at thrive that makes the shut downs alittle more frustrating but I brought it to their attention and they did compensate me some! The only reason I stuck with them during this is they do offer some things I cant get at other online stores I shop at!

I placed two orders (one was food and one was for wine- I did them separately so the food could be delivered when I wasn't home) WITHIN the same 24 hours I went online to check if the orders had been processed and I got a notification that something I had previously purchased was on sale. My order contained 8 different Kettle & Fire bone broths and they were all now each $2 off- that's nearly $15 in savings! So I contacted their "customer service" and they responded with a SMILEY FACE and that "they couldn't do anything"... I couldn't return the order because it had been shipped when they finally got back to me (over 24 hours later), they wouldn't credit my account, and they wouldn't give a partial refund. I am flawed at their response and their "policies".
