When im in a hurry I can place an online order and its ready within 30 minutes. Most locations have the drive up area and wait time varies. Thing may cost a little more but there is never a hassle getting to items or in stock or in check out.

The Walgreens Pharmacy on the corner of California street and Spruce street in San Francisco: HORRIBLE SERVICE! To reach out to them takes more than ONE HOUR and then they just HANG UP! The WORST STAFF EVER! I've made a several calls and ALL of them took me, at least, 45 minutes to get someone on the phone, yet, they were NOT able to help. All other calls take more that an HOUR after that- they just hang up.

The worst wallgreens. The worst pharmacy very unpleasant pharmacists. One of the managers who is very rude and despotic. The cashiers don't even say hello good afternoon. That's why I'm already changing my prescription to another store. That when have 2.2 stars

VETS BEWARE! Walgreens pharmacy "WILL NOT" offer "ANY DISCOUNTS FOR VETS", even if you pay cash and no insurance or if you want to use GoodRX or other coupons. They state that the VA should pay them full price. I paid $150 for 3 prescriptions that I could have paid $34 with GoodRX. Contacted both store and corporate and was told this is the pharmacy policy. WHAT A SCAM!

A follow up to my previous negative review of Walgreens for immunizations:

The next day, 8/15/23, after complaining online and to Walgreens itself, the Store Manager Mr. Kevin Frady called me. We talked about the situation, he said they actually did have the RSV vaccine and did not know why his staff told me they did not. He apologized for the poor service and promised to provide the correct service his customers deserve, if I would return for the immunizations. I agreed.

So the following day, Wednesday 8/16/23, my wife and I returned for our immunizations. Mr. Frady saw me, said hello, and went about his business running the store.

My wife and I went to the pharmacy on time for our scheduled appointment, went through the routine of filling out the paperwork and got our immunizations. My four vaccinations and my wife's single shot took 5-10 minutes total. But the whole process still took about 45 minutes. This time, there was no line for prescription refills, so the staff was not running ragged as it had been on Monday.

Overall, I wish the process was quicker. But my faith in Walgreens is restored. I give them 5 stars now.

After placing several phone calls to the Lodi, N.J. Pharmacy location department and getting no where, I requested to speak to a manager that quickly resolved my issue with professionalism and understanding. She went above and beyond to make sure my needs were taking care of.

Due to damage to lumbar region of back, I occasionally use oxicodone for pain relief. My doctor submitted prescription for 60, wich will last for 6 months. 5 days later I am told they are out and have no idea when it will be in. I can order jelly beans from Amazon and immediately know when they will arrive

Very poor corporate environment. Locking up products and making customers wait 15 minutes to buy a $4 product. Attitude from the employees when confronted about the wait to unlock a 4 product. Hire more employees labor cost is equivalent to customer satisfaction. Cut executive pay and pay attention to customer service.

Two lanes and one of them as being monopolized buy one lady who has been in the drive-through for over 30 minutes
You would think that they would tell her to get out of her car and go inside and work on the 10 cars that are behind her. She is monopolizing, and there's only one clerk at the window.
Of course you buzz the buzzer and she said she's only working with one lane right now and it continues and continues and continues. Trying to figure out what medicine she's going to get for somebody.

One lady is monopolizing the whole section and there’s 10 cars piling up. She’s been in the drive-through for over 30 minutes. And the clerk when you push the button and call for help, she said she’s only allowed to do one lady at a time so it doesn’t really matter exactly why they have two lanes here.

Just about everything I have bought since 2013 has either not worked, or been crap. Rechargeable batteries-garbage, sink strainers, rusted after 2 weeks. Still using the ones from the dollar store. Perfume spray difficult. Vitamin C smelled like fish oil. And my latest pain, I am 67 and can't buy wine or beer without an Id.
In the next 2 months I will be switching my prescriptions to CVS where they deliver.
I'm not worried, I won't be missed.

I went to Walgreens to pick up my blood pressure medication. When I arrived the stated that they have a new procedure and my medication would be ready tomorrow. I explained to the person at the window My doctor stated if I didn't get this medication today I will be forced to go to the emergency department. He again stated it was nothing he could do. I left and had to report to the ER. I spent 6 hours in the ER getting a whole work up in order to get my medicine. The next day I called at 11am to ask if my medicine had arrived and the lady that answered the phone stated that it was there and once they process it in I would get the notification on my phone. I asked her if she could just make sure it was there and I would wait if not I would have my doctor use another pharmacy. The lady stated she would check the manifest. When she came back to the phone she stated that my name was not up there, she then stated she pulled my prescription and now she can fill it. Please tell me why they couldn't do this yesterday?

The Walgreens in Jamestown Tennessee filled my prescription with the wrong medication which could have almost killed me, and the pharmacist won't admit it, and refuses to let me look at the camera footage of who filled my prescription!. In my opinion I would stay away from this Walgreens!.

Wouldn't sell me my cigarettes because my daughter was with me and my granddaughter. Said she'd have to see everyones license even though she had already scanned mine and rung everything up!

I received a notification that my thyroid medicine was ready to pick up. I went through the drive through at 12:30 pm and they proceeded to look for it for 10 minutes. They still couldn't find it. They said they would keep looking and if they didn't find it they'd restock it. I received a call at 2 pm saying they refilled it. I went there at 5 pm and once again they couldn't find it. Ten minutes went by and they finally found it. This has to be one of the most incompetent Walgreen's stores I've ever been to! This isn't the first time they've messed up with my family either! I am DONE going to any Walgreens store for my prescriptions. Jamie, the pharmacist, really should get her pharmacy technicians into shape. I'm embarrassed for you! Store #3713...the WORST Walgreens I've ever been to!

Tried for 3 days to pick up my prescription at Walgreens in Springfield Mo E Kearney location. Day 1 not ready. Day 2 computers down so they would not give me my prescription Day 3. Went to pick it up after calling at 1230 pm when i arrived 30 minutes later the had a sign up that they closed til 5 pm. Im done. Walgreens sucks. They can keep my meds. Staff needs fired but i wont be going back

I live 23 miles from the closest Walgreens. So I always call before I make the drive into town to pick up my elderly mothers scripts. And no matter how much I voice my displeasure, they are never ready when promised. It's not like I have to wait 5-10 minutes, I always have to come back the next day because they don't have her medication in stock…. Every time!
I'm done with these clowns. Walmart will now get her business.

I am very disappointed in the recent Christmas ads I am seeing. Foul language has become too accepted in our society. Shame on Walgreens for making it more acceptable.

Walgreens has been our go to pharmacy for over 20 years. Over the last 20 month prescriptions have become unavailable. When expecting to pick your prescription up they don't even notify you. You have to call them. We have had to move most of our perceptions to Safeway, which is not near as convenient.

If I could give a negative # I would have. Sunday night, I'm very ill, I get online to see if walgreens delivers...guess what, they do,yay. It's 7pm, the website says if the order is in before 8pm it'll be delivered within the hour...yay! 7:00 get the confirmation that the orders begin fulfilled and delivery is scheduled between 7 and 8,7:39 another email says order has been delayed, call the number below to contact for further info.
Corporate customer service is great, they say it looks lit is being filled now but I'm giving you the number to contact the shopper. Number was actually the store and the manager says that this order hasn't been shopped and she has no idea when it will be but they'll get it done and to wait for an update on line. 8:25 no update,I call corporate again and after being transferred over and over again, the same amazing woman that I had spoken to initially, says"I'm going to call them" perfect. I told her that I didn't care about the hour guarantee just needed it tonight. The store told corporate is was getting done. 9:10,2 hours later, the email that I knew was going to come, came, your order has been delayed until tomorrow. I get baci on the phone with the site manager who doesn't shut up for one f ing second, making excuses about just because the website says delivery in an hour doesn't mean that it's true and that there are no delivery people, blah blah blah all the while I'm trying to get a word in edgewise for me to tell her that if she would have been honest with me at start I could have asked my son, who lives 5 blocks from there to pick it up and avoided the whole delivery thing.i had to literally tell her to shut up and listen for a second, which she didn't do. Then tries to claim that the order is fulfilled and that is not her fault she has no drivers,...what? Really, really rude people at that store. Called corporate again to get my money back and the girl says, I can't refund this because it's in delivery. No it's not, it's postponed until tomorrow! Well, I can't refund it maybe my superiors can...perfect. Wait to be transferred only to find out that I can't speak with anybody if has to be submitted via email. No resolution now...Really? Don't ever go to this walgreens, it's just not worth it.

This has to honestly be the worst pharmacy in the US today. Look at their 86% bad reviews. My cancer drug was called in on Wed, then the pharmacy abruptly closes for 3 days. I must wait until Monday for my Oncologist to re-write the script for another store. These abrupt pharmacy closures are happening frequently across the city. I was informed pharmacy workers are rebelling against the greedy corporation.

Its a really good option to get a your pharmacy for one place and get delivery at your doorstep. Sometimes i get a good amount of discount too.

I went to Walgreens, Spring Cypress Rd, Tomball, on 1-21-23 in the evening, to print pictures of trip we took with our grandson. By 9:00 p:m the pictures were printed out and approved and I was suppose to pick them up, bound with a GBC spiral binding, Sunday Morning before 10:00,1-22-23 for the birthday party that day at one o'clock. It was a major part of the present. Sunday, 1-22-23 I went to store and stood waiting for the employee, Tiffany, to finish printing some posters. I requested my book of photos and was told Tiffany had
Not started on the binding yet. This was 11:30 and Tiffany got to work at 7:30. I know she was left a note from the previous night to bind these pictures. No apology or offer to do the book right then was offered by Tiffany. In fact, she had a bad attitude. I was really disappointed with this service. I called and left a message on Monday for the manager of the store to call me on my cell phone. I heard nothing back from the manager either. I was extremely inconvenienced and won't trust this service at Walgreens again.
