For my first order with Zaful I ordered 2 bikinis. Both of which are of great quality. Instantly fell in love with them. One of the bottoms didnt fit right but that's ok it's a minor problem at least for me. The material didn't feel cheap and wasnt see through. Arrived in about 2 weeks. Which is good timing since I live in Puerto Rico. Also had excellent customer service when I had questions about my order. They were very kind to getting any issue sorted out as soon as possible.

I didn't have a problem with Zaful until today. I tried to pay for my order at checkout with my debit card, which I made sure five times that it was all the correct info, and it also has way more than enough funds. I kept getting an error message saying the payment method is not accepted. I message customer service (as seen below) and get this response
Zaful sends merchandise that is falling apart, badly measured etc. Please don't waste your time or money. And returns don't happen! They make is EXTREMELY difficult to do a return and often take a long time to repond so that you will run out of days to be able to do a return. Not worth it at all!

I had one great experience with Zaful and one mediocre one. I bought some bikinis which were not the size described on the UK size chart and were far too big. The quality of the garments was really high and I loved the design so when the customer services sent me a size down that fit great I was very happy! However in a seperate order I bought a jumper (asymmetrical twist front cropped jumper). Well off it looked exactly like it had on the website, including in size! It barely covered my chest. And when I tried it on the entire design didn't work and it was twisted in the wrong ways and wouldn't lie properly. Probably because the garment was so small and tight and the design was supposed to be loose and hang nicely. I can't fault the quality of the material and customer service gave me a refund immediately. Zaful customer service is very good, they have never let me down!

When I first heard if Zaful I was a bit weary of online shopping. But I only had positive experiences with them. They have an awesome selection of bikinis, their sizing was accurate and everything I got fit my body in a very flattering way. All in all I was very satisfied with my experience with Zaful and 10/10 would recommend this website for online shoppers.
I ordered 6 bikinis from this website in august. The bikinis were unfortunately sent out in 2 different packages, the first package I received 2 weeks after placing my order. The second package I only got 6 weeks after placing my order, which was very disappointing. 4 of them fit, one of them was too big and the other was wayyyy too small. I ordered the bralette string bikini top in a small, and it was more like a micro bikini, it barely covered my boobs. Though I am really happy with the majority of the bikinis, it was disappointing that those two didn't work out. And that I got the second package so much later, it would have been nice if they at least let me know that they weren't sending all of my bikinis in the same order and when to approximately expect to get it. After receiving the first package I was wondering if they forgot the rest of my order, so their customer service could definitely be improved. But the bikini were good quality and not see through and I will be ordering from zaful in the future!
My experience with Zaful has been really good! Every summer I order some bikinis from their website and most of them arrive within 2 weeks! I have had a couple of situations where I have ordered swimsuits that ended up being unavailable but the Zaful customer service team was very quick to solve the issue and always offered me an alternative that would make me happy. On another note... the swimsuits are excellent quality for their price!
I bought 4 dresses. All quality are bad, transparent, material is not good and the size is small.
I requested for refund. Nobody take action. Didn't get return code or return address. It's been 2 weeks. I still follow up. PLEASE DON'T BUY From ZAFUL.

The people whom answered me before were kind and truly helpful, and I didn't have to wait long for an answer the employees there surely love their job and have it at heart. You don't see that much nowadays. I absolutely recommend <3
I always wanted to try out Zaful, and thankfully I had the pleasure to do that last year. The bikinis are really good quality and the clothing selection is good too.

TERRIBLE! If you think you are going to get the cute clothing you see on the internet- you are mistaken. I have been waiting ELEVEN WEEKS for my package to arrive, I have called FOUR TIMES and they don't know where my package is, they say they will contact me in 7-10 business days and never do, I could not escalate my call after waiting on hold forever, and they won't refund me or send me a new order. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY or the international fee they charge you. NIGHTMARE!

I placed an order for several items on this site in October 2021 for a vacation that I was going on at the end of November. It is now December 19th and I still have not received my items. Customer service is giving me the runaround and refuses to give me a refund. This company is a complete joke. Avoid at all costs.

I never received my items after 2 months. Customer service gave me the runaround and cannot tell me what happened or give me an ETA on delivery.
My experience with Zaful has been really really great. The shipping was quick and the product I recieved was extremely high quality. I would definitely recomment Zaful to other buyers because it has never disappointed me. I know I can count on Zaful when I want to buy something that is great quality and that will show up to my door quickly. Zaful is a great company and I think other companies should take notes.
Sizes are super small, poor quality, return policy is terrible, e-mail after email, then you have to go to post office find cost of return and let them know for price acceptance, so much time spend, will NOT recomend to any one

I have problems with cheap bathing suits because they are see-through in the water but the zaful bathing suits are amazing quality and never disappoint. I ordered already several times at ZAFUL and always several pieces of clothing. The delivery took a bit longer because it was international shipping but it was pretty quick in regards to that.
I really like the quality of the clothing. I'm currently wearing a shirt from ZAFUL and it is really smooth and comfortable, it is like wearing a pajama!
The clothing cover a wide variety of styles and I always find something that I like.
I can really recommend ZAFUL, they produce better products than most big chains in my opinion!
I was nervous when I first ordered from zaful, because the prices were too good to be true. I quickly realized that I was so wrong on my initial expectations. The quality was amazing, along with the fit and color of all my products. All of the products fit me true to size, after using the size guide and basing my opinions off of that. I also felt like the quality was as good as something I could get at a popular, trendy, brand store. I was so satisfied with my purchase, I have been ordering from them ever since and very often. They have it all, from dresses, swimsuits, pants, tops, and comfy active sets. I highly support ZAFUL!
I wasn't sure how the quality would be and WOW I was so pleasantly surprised. I watched a lot of youtube videos first of people trying zaful clothes and couldn't wait to put in an order. I now have I think 18 bathing suits from them and a couple 2 piece sets. I get lots of compliments and can't wait to order more.
I paid my order, my bank app accepted the payment, but not Zaful. As the status was "waiting for payment", I paid a second time. They accepted both payment. I am waiting for their refund since February 28th, as you have to wait between 14 and 30 business days to get your money back...
And as if it wasn't a bad experience enough, I received on March 6th an e-mail saying that my order has been shipped and was on its way - I can even track it. Today (March 25th), I received a second e-mail telling me my order has been shipped - I can track it as well. When I contact them, they tell me the shipping date is March 18th... Can't tell what's true and what's not. Sending tickets really DO NOT help.
HIGHLY DISCOURAGE BUYING THERE

Zaful do not make it easy to return your items. Instead of downloading a free returns label like most companies you have to contact them about a return and wait for a response. They give you multiple return/exchange options but none are the standard option that you want to have just to return some items. If you choose to return the items you have to return them to a Spanish I believe distribution centre and initially you have to pay the postage yourself and wait for them to return this cost. They will only however return a postage cost of up to 30% the price of the order, I've never shipped anything to Spain, I can't imagine it would work out very easily or that Zaful would be prompt and easy to get this refund from. This is why I, as I'm sure many others have just taken then option of a partial refund which I was only offered as store credit, I then had to keep the items which I did not want as I did not like them due to their sizing but also the website did not reflect the material or the clothes effectively. I did a second order with them using the store credit and they gave me a different list of options for returns as the first time. So their so called returns policy isn't really a returns policy because they just pick and choose whatever options they feel like offering. I was not impressed with this system, it needs serious improvement because the amount of waste clothing as people can't return it. It should be highlighted to a customer before they order so they're fully aware of their lack of smooth return. Finally, you should not have to contact Zaful in order to return the items they should have a better system that is more automatic like most other companies with smooth returns.

I was overcharged more than 80$ On my credit card then what the final price was on my order on both the app and in my final confirmation email, I was then told I owe 2 payments of 40$ for customs because THEY sent 2 separate packages even though it was all on the same order placed. When I reached out to address my complaints I received no help but just some lady named Dora staying she hopes I'll be more patient waiting on my packages and that they'll give me 10% off of my next order (which I will never be ordering or recommending anyone else do) and so that offer is useless and not addressing the complaints I have stated over and over about them scamming me out of my money!. I would like a refund on the money I was NEVER shown I would be charged and not be charged the 2 "customs" payments when it was all one order. SUCH a scam! Do not trust Zaful, they're awful to deal with and will scam you out of money. I have pictures of all transactions to back this up!
